Had a leaking window in the basement. Gary provided the quote and discussed in detail what other work might need to be done if there was water damage to the drywall. Window ended up needing to be removed and re-installed. Everything was done on time and as Gary kept me up to date on progress. Would definitely use them again!

I would like to comment on the service that we received from Gary. After he visited us and gave us a quote Gary followed through with the job of tiling our shower stall within the timeframe he promised. Gary was prompt, courteous and helpful with suggestions when we were faced with the unexpected. This was our second time using Handyman Connections and I would recommend their services to others. I won a contest and part of the prize was a $3500 reno from Handyman Connection I decided to have them reno my bathroom and I would describe the work as fairly good, but incomplete. They didn’t fill the holes from nails before paining and didn’t do the baseboards. They did not repaint any of the trim either. So the bathroom does look much better than it did, if I was paying for the job myself I would have certainly would have requested some touch ups.

We’ve used Handyman Connection and have used the same handyman every time. The projects he has done include; replacing all the lighting on the main floor and upstairs, installing two lighting and ceiling fans upstairs, installation of a shower door, installation of a fan timer switch in upstairs bathroom, installation of a fan in the gas fireplace, replace patio screen door on the main floor and downstairs and new vertical blinds on a patio door. The gentleman we work with is awesome. He is very conscientious and treats our home like it is his own, completing the projects as if he is fixing something in his own house. He is very personable and nice and was great about phoning to set up appointments for the work that needed to be completed, always working around my schedule, which was nice. Another great thing about this handyman is, besides the lighting, he shopped and purchased all the rest of the items needed to complete the projects. He shopped around to find the best deal and then we paid for items along with the labour after the work was completed. This was huge to us not having to do all the leg work to find what we needed. We are slowly fixing things up around the house and plan on hiring this particular handyman again!

I had Handyman Connection complete two bathroom renovations in my home. Bob did such a great job on the first bathroom that I requested him to do the reno on my second bathroom. He did an incredible job and you could see he took an awful lot of pride in his work -- if something wasn’t right he’d redo it. He took his time, was personable, respectful and very neat, cleaning up every day. I have already recommended this company to other people.

Quick efficient service, only 3 working days wait from estimate to installation. Total service - purchased, delivered and installed toilets, upgraded valves and removed old fixtures and all packing. Thank you Robert.

I’ve used Handyman connection many times over the years for various work around my house. Usually I try and have the same person work on my house because I find him to be very knowledgeable and resourceful in the way he fixes things. The only negative thing I’d say is sometimes I find them a bit pricey.

We have used Handyman Connection several times at our retreat and conference centre over the years after finding the group in the phone book. They have fixed many of our plumbing problems, and have done painting for us. I find their servicemen to be both knowledgeable and reliable. Jason recently did some excellent painting and he was also a very neat and tidy worker.

While I have been very satisfied with the odd jobs I have hired Handyman Connection to do at an apartment I own, I am not happy they shared my personal information to have this review added. I would have preferred they let me know ahead of time that this would happen but the work they have done has been good and other than this, I would recommend them.
