    Installation of Boiler

    Very responsive. Alex was very courteous and explained what the problem was with the old unit. He was very mindful of his work area and left everything clean & tidy. Felt he was knowledgeable about what the issues were and why the old unit had failed and what needed to be done to get hat water and in floor heating back up and running.

    Great service, my new go to!

    Reached out needing help quickly. Great person on end of phone got us help as soon as able. Fixed the problem and now I have a plumber I want to use for my needs in the future. .

    Clogged drains

    The job was done well and the plumber was very friendly. However, the cost was too much.

    Fix kitchen tap and replace water tank

    My husband called Son-Rise and spoke to Phyliss who was able to provide a quick service call appointment. Our technician Patrick MacDonald was pleasant, knowledgeable and had the work done in a timely manner. The price that was quoted was the end price with no surprises. We have used Son-Rise in the past and will continue to do so. We will also always recommend them to anyone who wants their job done well. Thank you for the continued great service.

    After Hours Service (August 2019)

    After coming home from vacation, we found a leak coming from a pipe in our basement ceiling. A co-worker recommended Son-Rise plumbing and I called and they picked up the phone after one ring at 5pm on a Sunday evening! Within 2 hours Alex showed up and carefully tried to ascertain exactly where the leak was before cutting into our knockdown ceiling. He worked efficiently and cleanly as he fixed the problem. While he was here he gave us a quote on some other upgrades we were thinking of having done. Thank you Son-Rise Plumbing

    Bathroom renovation, everyday plumbing fixes, tankless hot water system, laundry tap installation, in-patio bbq and fire-table gas fitting.

    We have used Son-Rise for several years - from minor fixes to full-scale renovations. They are very courteous, professional and always do a great job. We highly recommend Son-Rise for any plumbing or gas-fitting work.

    bathroom

    replace toilets, fix shower, slow moving sink, etc. Friendly and knowledgeable technician completed the work in a timely fashion. He was courteous and cleaned up after the job. It was a pleasure having SonRise do the job and we have them out doing more work already!

    Toilets replaced

    Alex was professional, informative, efficient, and very clean/tidy. We enjoy working with him and will call for him should we require services in the future.

    Kitchen drain

    We are very satisfied with the work done in our kitchen. The sink drain was not draining and it was the drain pipe not the p trap under the sink. The pipe was cleared out then new ABS pipe was installed for the sink drain and laundry drain line. It was a tedious job for Alex , but he did it very well and we couldn't be happier with the work. We would recommend them to anyone who has plumbing problems.

    Repairs to our office bathrooms.
