After seeing the reviews on Home Stars we decided to get a quote from Rainbow Roofing. They were very prompt and got back to us right away. We received a visit and our quote quickly and every time we called the office someone was there to answer the phone. We booked our roofing job and we were told a date range but due to weather, our job got delayed by quite a bit. The ladies in the office kept us up to date on our job status. When the job was done, they had everything done in a few days and were cleaned up in no time. You would not even have known they were there. Rainbow also mailed our warranty for us and we received it shortly after getting our roof done. Overall, a very professional, courteous and efficient company. I would not hesitate to recommend or use them again.

We were in the process of preparing to sell our home and we needed a new roof installed in a timely and efficient manner. The team that installed the roof were hard working and respectful and and when the work was completed, the site was clean and we had a beautiful new roof. Rainbow is very well managed. Their crews are highly experienced and work well as a team. They completed my 3000 square foot home in 1 day with a crew of 6 people. I was impressed with the co-ordination of activities from shingle delivery to clean up. The crew was well mannered and courteous. No foul language rifling through the neighbourhood. All in all an excellent job with a long term warranty.

We put off doing the roof as long as we could and when it was finally time to get it done we got a number of estimates. What sold us on Rainbow was a previous positive experience when they did the roof on our condo down town, but even more were our conversations with the owners, Reid and Ann. They were patient and informative and very helpful in answering all of our questions. When they came for the job itself it was very fast and professional. Rainbow even looked after the warranty registration. I have already recommended them to a neighbour, and would not hesitate to recommend them again.

Hired Rainbow to redo shingles on my roof in summer of 2013. They were very well priced compared to other companies estimates, punctual and efficient in getting the job done right and quickly. We contracted Rainbow Roofing to re-instal a new roof on our home this Spring, 2014. From the start, we were provided with accurate estimates of the cost, left shingle samples with us to choose the color, and provided us with professional advice and suggestion that fit our needs. The working team was very professional, courteous, friendly and mindful to cause the least disruption possible to us or our neighbors. They did an excellent job reinstalling our new roof, provided prompt follow up, and did a thorough job cleaning away any mess resulting from the work after completing the installation. Rainbow Roofing is a reputable company hired by many homeowners we knew so when our roof shingles needed replacement, this was the company we called without hesitation. Exceptional service from beginning to end. Being able to drive by specific addresses that had shingles installed in the same color we chose from the samples (provided by Rainbow) was immensely helpful. We could see what they would look like BEFORE they were installed. The shingle color we had installed was right on the nose as a result! Thank you for all your assistance and a great job professionally executed!

Rainbow Roofing recently shingled our roof. The people were very professional throughout and did an excellent job of both performing the work and in cleaning up. Our satellite dish also had to be removed to lay the new shingles and they took the time to remount it and setup the alignment correctly. I highly recommend this company and believe they deserve the positive rating. Wonderful to deal with from the beginning (contract stage) all the way through to the end.
