    Heating & Airconditioning Check up

    Needed our system checked to be sure it was performing well. They took the time to review the systems, discuss methods we could use to improve the performance. They suggested a humidifier which we will have them install shortly. Their care and technical knowledge is something we have never before experienced with any other company we used in have used in the past. They felt like one of the family on the first meeting.

    Air conditioning unit repair

    Extremely satisfied with the work of Spectrum Energy. Joe managed to diagnose and solve the problem solo and in a timely fashion keeping the cost low. Very accommodating to questions as he worked and explained what he was doing every step of the way. I would highly recommend Spectrum Energy for HVAC work in the future.

    Service

    Joe was very prompt in calling me back within 24 hours. This was an emergency as my AC had broke down. Joe did realize it was a Tenant of mine and was courteous to keep my tenant happy, and he did. Price was reasonable for the service and would highly recommend him. Thanks again Joe and Cheryl

    Pool Heater

    Spectrum Energy was fabulous. Joe was wonderful. They were on time and did the job for what I believe to be an incredible price. He obviously knew what he was doing and I will be having Joe come back for several other jobs at my home that I have been putting off due to not knowing someone I could trust. I would not hesitate to recommend him. So polite and quite a perfectionist.

    Air conditioner service

    Our air conditioner broke down and we could not get any company out for a few days. We called Spectrum who dispatched a technician right away. The technician was punctual, professional and courteous. Great job!! Would highly recommend Spectrum Energy.

    Gas fireplace supply & installation

    Ordered a gas fireplace from Spectrum for installation in my basement. Pricing was competitive and unit was delivered as promised. This was not an easy installation but work was done efficiently and neatly. Staff were courteous and professional. Very pleased.

    Home Furnace

    Spectrum Energy does contract work for Reliance Home Comfort that we pay fee for monthly - Said had to order part for furnace, 2 days passed - no part - freezing with -20 temperatures outside - no apologies - never called with updates -

    This customer was serviced on Sunday afternoon and was advised a part had to be ordered and shipped from Barrie. On Monday when the part was ordered we spoke with the customer and told them the part would arrive Tuesday. We have no control over the part availability or the shipping process as we explained to this customer. The part was delivered on Tuesday and installed within 1 hour of delivery. We do our best to stock parts appropriatly, but some parts are specific to a particular furnace and need to be ordered from the manufacturer. We do our best to have these parts delivered in a timely manner but can only rely on the availabilty of the part and the shipping process. We are sorry for any inconvenience that this situation has caused.

    Air Conditioner

    Have you heard of Spectrum Energy HVAC? I called Joe to Inquire about an air conditioner and he was here in no time... Came over and the job was scheduled! He ordered the Air conditioner that best suited my home and it was installed before the end of the week. Joe you rock!     hvac, humidifier, ac

    mistakes everywhere and I'm still paying for it. several things not done to code. the city sent a complaint and Milton hydro had to shut off my hrv because it wasn't installed to code. I called Joe to complain and he started yelling at me. I'm getting someone to fix the thermostat that wasn't installed correctly.

    Gas fireplace Insert

    I was very impressed with the quality and the service provided by Joe at Spectrum Energy. I would highly recommend him for your fireplace needs! He and his team of workers were timely and courteous and did a fantastic job. We are very happy with the finished product.
