This was the first real worry free reno we have done. The company did only start after all pieces and parts were at our home and continued non-stop with the installation. We did not have to coordinate anything after the choices for materials and fixtures were made. The installer was amazing and very professional when a few unforeseen changes were necessary, corrections were made without a lengthy discussion. Still happy with the outcome today

Patrick and Jasinta were great helping me plan my project. They helped me with all my plumbing fixtures, vanities, and the design. Everything went according to plan and schedule. I plan on sending all my customers for future projects. Thank guys !!!

Able can talk a good game but not able to back that up with action. Had several opportunities to kick the customer service up a notch and instead played games and further delayed out reno's. We had to change design, return damaged, incorrect product multiple times and he has been ignorant to deal with. What he did get right is great product, but the lack of customer service care negates the good.

We had a great experience with Patrick at the Mississauga location.He was very professional and knowledgeable when answering all of our questions. The prices were competitive and the quality of product is very good. Their personable approach made the experience much better than one you can find at a bigger chain store. My husband will definitely be going back to Bathroom & Kitchen Galleries for any future renovations.

Brutal. Order placed Aug 7th. Today is Nov. 10th. No communication unless we call. The only thing they can say is that there are people who put the order in in June and are waiting. Very poor communication and even worse customer service. Look elsewhere.

The bathroom is beautiful! Everything we chose in the store fits together wonderfully and is stunning. The double sink, rainshower and half glass wall are fantastic and make the small bathroom look spacious and inviting. We love it!

We're completely satisfied with the work and guidance that everyone at Bathroom Galleries provided us during the complete remodel of our master bath. Jeannett was especially helpful on many occasions in helping us pick out new fixtures, tiles, shower and bathtub components, etc. and keeping us on budget. The onsite work was done professionally, on time and with great attention to detail.

We ordered a number of products from Bathroom Galleries for 2 bathrooms we were renovating. Lara, our sales representative was very responsive and made fabulous suggestions. I compared pricing and feel that they are very competitive.
