Warning : Do not use this company!! Unproffesional- they used broken and chipped tiles and even put them up crooked and thought this was fine. Then asked for more money!! Tried to charge us for fixtures and labor over $300 we did not even have installed. I should have known....when their parking lot was always empty!

I was very satisfied with the service and price. Our bathroom look amazing. Definetely Bathroom Galleries is the company to go with. I would recommend to everybody. Make sure you come and see Patrick.

This is the second project that I have had completed by The Bathroom Gallery. The selections in the store are wide and varied and the work completed was excellent and detailed. Chris has been easy to have around the house and I appreciate his opinions and suggestions.

We just completed a major renovation and had an absolutely horrible experience with this company. They made several mistakes and charged us for it. They seem to work on a cost plus basis even when they made the mistakes. The owner is a bully. I would never recommend this company to my worst enemy and will never use them again.

I have now redesigned two bathrooms in the last two years with the help of Bathroom Galleries on Fariview street in Burlington. I have shopped around and have always found their prices to be excellent. As well, I think they have a great selection of vanities , faucets, toilets and tiles. The staff are very helpful as well. I find that they really go out of their way to help you find exactly what you are looking for. As well, I found the tournaround time from ordering a product to delvery to be quite fast! Overall, they are my go to place for bathroom design and I would ( and have) recommended them to others.

Excellent Customer Service, Good Advice and within budget. So pleased with my bathrooms - got them to design my new kitchen, stunning cabinetry, back-splash, sinks, granite and flooring. The installation job was incredible, everything was installed to perfection. Very friendly, knowledgeable salesperson (patrick) Customer service was great, we were disapointed in the granite colour, and they replaced it withiut hesitation. Highly recommend this company.

I purchased material for a construction project from Bathroom Galleries. They gave me the WRONG material and when I returned it they took a 25% restocking fee for THEIR mistake. NEVER USE this company, they are dishonest and unprofessional
