I would like to compliment the work of Eli and his crew on my recent basement renovation.
The two previous renovations on my home were terrible experiences and this made me a very vigilant, demanding, and suspicious client. This time I was prepared for a fight to get the work done properly, on time, and for the amount estimated.
However, I didn’t have to fight with anyone -- not once.
Eli ensured that during this renovation I did not have to fight, argue, or threaten. All renovations are stressful, but this one was as about as easy as they can get. The work was done to a very high standard, on time, and every concern that I expressed was addressed promptly and appropriately. I really cannot emphasize what a difference Eli made to the experience. He made it clear from the start that any concern I had, no matter how small, should be brought to him and he would deal with it. And he did, even when I was, in retrospect, worrying too much. Eli bore the brunt of my previous bad experiences with resignation and good humour.
Christian and Marco did excellent work too.
I am delighted with the renovation and would recommend the Home Improvement People without reservation.
