We love our updated house!
Consultation for new windows is an expensive project. We trusted the experienced advice from James and assistance with new colour to suit our home. The detail all matched too: caulking around door and coloured trim on exterior and white on interior windows. We are pleased with the crank handles and screens which can easily be removed (but you dont even notice). Our curb appeal has increased big time and we are anxious to see our energy savings. We used Goodchannel Painters (Jacky) to match up outside trim (eaves, shutters, siding, doors) for a reasonable price and the result is beautiful and modern!

Fantastic After Service Followup
James is an owner of this company and he completed door replacements for 2 other family members who recommended him to me. His quote was reasonable and James was great in all communication and timing. Zron was the installer who was professional, quick and cleaned up after installation. One of the most impressive item to me was the after service follow up, I kept my "old knob/lock hardware" but after installation I had a concern with the old knob latch not working properly, I contacted James who came out a few days later with a new set of knobs and installed them complimentary. I am amazed and give James the kudos he deserves for the follow up after care service even though it was my old hardware giving the problem. Other companies would ignore the client and say it wasn't their concern but not James; this is an impressive and fantastic company if you decide to get your work done by Window Choice even after installation the follow up service is top notch.

Excellent service!
Very happy with our patio door and windows. This is the second time we are using Window Choice. We had a great experience both times. Dealt with James and Kien. They helped us pick the right products for our home. Friendly, on time, delivered ahead of schedule! Zoran, the installer, did a great job! Arrived on time, completed the job within a few hours, and cleaned up before he left. Highly recommend!

Bathroom window replacement
Excellent service. We needed a cracked window replaced while doing a bathroom renovation. James went above and beyond to help us out. Answered all our questions and got us exactly the window we wanted. Would recommend and use again.

Windows and Kitchen Door
James and his team are wonderful to work with.!!!! They take a very committed interest in their client's satisfaction in a job well done. They did 4 different jobs for me, on 4 different occasions, which shows I kept coming back for their products and service. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY. Thanks for well done jobs!!!!!!

Great Work at a Good Price
We bought an enclosure from them with our door number etched on the top. Great quality, awesome customer service from James and the installer. I spoke to around 5 different companies and am glad I went with Window Choice.

Warranty Service
James was very nice and responsive. I called James with a door issue. The door was installed by Window Choice many years ago. The problem was resolved within 2 days. James told me that the repair is on the house. Thank you.

Replace Windows and Door and Service
We got several quotes from different companies and found Window Choice to have a complete solution at a competitive price. The installation crew was prompt, clean, professional and accommodating. We were pleased that Window Choice stands behind their product when several months later we called James to have a one of the windows adjusted. He immediately scheduled a service technician who promptly rectified the issue. Most most of all, after a couple of years following the installation, a squirrel decided to chew through two of the screens. James was very gracious, went the extra mile and had the screens re-screened free of charge. Thank you very much James and the whole team at Window Choice.

Great Experience All Around
Shopped around a few places for an enclosure and was lucky enough to find this company. James was very helpful and responsive - prices are good and the whole experience was positive. Jim the installer did a great job and went that extra mile. Thanks again guys!

4th time hiring Window Choice
We hired Window Choice once again to have bedroom and bathroom windows replaced that were from back in the 80's. Long overdue for something new. As always Ken is a pleasure to work with, the team always do a great job and the windows look fantastic. Would recommend them to anyone needing windows. Previously we have hired Window Choice to replace basement and living room windows at our old house and basement windows and a patio door at our current home.
