    Replacement of 2 patio doors and cutting 2 new large windows

    Fantastic work by James and crew: super responsive, clean and precise work and competitively priced. They also recommended to us a window model that looks like the rest of the windows in the house so these newly cut windows look like they've always been there. Highly recommended.

    Window Replacement

    Excellent experience working with James and the team at window choice. I am the 2nd owner of my current home with window choice windows. I called for window service as a bit of condesation build up occured within a window. Within a day the window choice team was at my home, took some measurements and with two weeks the window was replaced for the identical one. I was very pleased with the professional service and would definitely recommend James and the window choice team. Thanks for the excellent service!

    Windows and Doors

    I am extremely satisfied with the complete package from the time I had discussion with James to the order and installation. I changed all the windows, front door, Bay window, and the Garden door. Everybody in my family is happy and the installer were very friendly and did amazing job of installing and cleanup. I would recommend to my family and friends. Also to mention the pricing was very competitive, and James is always available on phone.

    Windows for all bedrooms

    We were looking to replace all the windows from our 3 bedrooms, 5 windows in total. Window Choice was highly recommended to us by some friends. The many questions I had were all answered by James in details. James is informed and knows windows, which is reassuring for the customers. Excellent communication. Thanks for your time James! The end product is beautiful! Serge, our installer, provided some of the best customer service I have had in years. He recommended what color caulking will be the best on the windows, and he did take care of the alarm system wiring. Tidy and careful work. Glad that we found Windows Choice, so we can be relieved that in the future we do not have to look for another company for the other windows/doors in the house. I would definitely recommend them to others.

    Patio door

    It has been 6 years since I've had the patio door installed, and it's still holding well, no problems at all. From sale to installation, everything ran smooth. Highly recommended.

    Window Installation

    My 20 year old townhouse had wooden window frames that was unfortunately destroyed by a squirrel (it left peanuts behind). As a first time homeowner, I was completely overwhelmed but James took the time to explain all of the options and provided his recommendation. Justin came to double check estimate measurements (measure twice cut once) and installed a few weeks later. Despite the horrible Toronto humidity levels, Justin and crew worked non-stop in the heat and did a fabulous job. I not only love looking outside my new windows, I love looking at them. Thank you so much Window Choice!

    Mess left behind

    The salesperson was nice and informative. The installers were fairly quick, but my complaint is that they left a mess behind - both in the house and outside the window on the lawn. Fibreglass, bits of the window and debris. I emailed to tell the salesperson of my experience and never heard anything back. The window looks good, but the customer service was okay but not great. I probably wouldn't use this company again.

    Thanks for the review Esther. I believe you had one window installed in Mississauga. I'm sorry the debris was not to your liking. I don't know how much debris was left since I have no photos, but if it's some parts of fibreglass in the grass I don't know how much can be picked up. If you want to talk to me about it you can call me directly at the office. I would rather compensate you for the extra time cleaning up than have a 7 out of 10 on Homestars for a single window installation.     My Only Choice!

    Window Choice is terrific to deal with. No pressure sales and a perfect installation. We had a new window installed in a room that did not have one. Installation was quick and not a mark on the wall! The window looks great and we are all very happy with it. Could not have been installed any better. Installers were pleasant and professional. No mess to clean up. I plan on getting a new front door from Window Choice as well. Highly recommended.

    Window replacement

    I had 6 windows replaced and am very happy with the end result. The sales man and installers were both very professional and did a great job and were able to accomadate a very tight deadline. The windows are a great product and I would definatly use this company again

    Patio Door Replacement

    We used window choice to replace our windows in our previous home, so we knew when we wanted to change our patio door in our new home, we would call Window Choice. James is super nice and professional as is his colleague. The patio door was installed very quickly with no issues. The installers were courteous, quick and left the area spotless. Highly recommend.
