We called Window Choice based on the recommendation of a neighbour who was very happy with this company, and we are certainly glad we did. We needed a door, and James took a great deal of time going over all the options, and the pricing was fair. We have a hundred year old house and we wanted to keep the original interior trim around the door. The installer Serge did a fantastic job. He installed the door without having to remove the trim at all, and the new door looks just great. It was all done in a tidy and timely manner. We’ve had many compliments on the quality of the work. Thank you very much!

I had a whole bunch of quotes for this one, weighed all of them, quality vs. warranty. Look-wise, they were all pretty much the same, give or take. Timeline-wise, all said 6-8 weeks. Window Choice had it installed quicker, I would say 5-6 weeks time frame. The salesperson was real nice, we had a conversation about the house, how they provide a couple of locks free of charge because of kids, since he saw I have one. The other companies charged for those locks. No biggie as I wouldn't have opted for them, but it's a "nice to have". Explained everything to me. I decided to go with them because the warranty will probably go beyond my stay in this house and for the price, it couldn't be beat. We just recently moved into the house, the patio door locked on move-in date, but because it was noisy and heavy moving on the tracks, I decided to lube it and such. Afterward it wouldn't lock. That was the reason for the replacement. Happy overall. I might go with them for a couple of windows I'd like replaced, but I'm still deciding on that project if at all. The install went quick and smooth. Even though it happened to be a cold(er) day, there was no door on the house for probably a few minutes, so even though we had a baby, there wasn't any noticeable loss of heat (we even turned the heat up and the fireplace on) while they worked on it. The installers were real nice, quick and cleaned after themselves. Again, I would really recommend this company. Oh, I got their name from a mailbox flyer, and we know that most of those companies aren't even on Homestars. I was surprised to find them here and with a good rating.

The installers did a good job. Much better than what the contractor did initially. They also cleaned up the site properly and re-installed the moldings that they had to remove, which is greatly appreciated. The Sales person James was also very professional and what I received is exactly what I ordered.

We got our windows replaced by this company. The installers were very professional and did a great job. We are very happy with Mr Neeraj and his team at window choice. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking for new windows.

After moving into our new house we noticed that our sons window would not close at all. The window was warped due to the house settling over time. We also found one of our windows in the master bedroom was also having issues latching closed. We contacted Window Choice and within days had James out for an inspection and recommendation for replacement. The quote was awesome so we proceeded with the work in early 2013. The contractors arrived a couple of days later for the official measurements. The windows were ordered an installed in a timely manner. The installers were great and very efficient at getting everything installed and cleaned up. Very happy with the service provided. We have since provided their contact information to family and friends. Will use them again for our future window needs.

After having three window companies provide us with varying quotes for replacing all 20 windows in our property, we contacted Window Choice. Niraj came out to see us and was able to answer all our questions and provided us with a competitive quote. We felt confident in placing our business with Window Choice and they were helpful throughout the process. They worked to our timeframes and delivered what they promised. The guys who came to install the windows were polite, punctual and took care to leave the house clean after the work. We are glad we chose to work with Niraj and the Window Choice team. Excellent job and I would recommend them to anyone looking for window installation.

James was very professional, the installer came when they said they would. It was so cold that day but they were quick, neat and polite. Product is great! I would highly recommend them again!

We hired Window Choice in the summer to replace numerous windows in our century home project. We really wanted to keep the style of the house (which included a number of arched-top windows) and Window Choice really helped us do that. Eric was great and met with us to give ideas and suggestions. I really felt like anything was possible with these guys. The installation was punctual and done by very professional workers who had the job done in the agreed timeframe and to our specifications the first time, no errors whatsoever. It's now been a few months and we haven't had any issues whatsoever. All this for much less than other companies quoted us. I'm really glad we went with this company, we really lucked out on quality and price. After completing a full reno on a 150 year old house, it's easy to tell who the good ones are! Highly recommended!

After searching for some time, I found WindowChoice in a flyer that came to my door, I called for an estimate and Kien Luu (Project Consultant) arrived soon to take measurements and explain the product and options. Since it was the middle of winter we chose to wait for the earliest reasonably warm installation date. This occurred in March 2015. The Installers Justin and Andrew arrived promptly at 9:30 as promised and went about their work causing us very little inconvenience as the day progressed. They were both polite and efficient. The installation was completed in approximately one and a half days, and we were very pleased with the final product. I would recommend this company to anyone who needs to replace their windows. The total installation included eight windows and a patio door.

I had to replace all windows and the patio door. Window Choice came recommended by a friend. Niraj, (owner/sales) visited our place and advised us on various choices. Niraj was very professional and knowledgeable and based upon this and a very competitive quote (compared with three other companies), we chose Window Choice. The installer, Justin was equally professional, efficient, friendly and punctual, and kept me informed as the work progressed. He also brought to my attention some of the poor workmanship of the original installers. He ensured that the work area, both inside and outside was thoroughly cleared of all debris after completion of the project. I would, without any hesitation, recommend Window Choice to my family and friends.
