I appreciate this review by P.V. very much since it comes from someone who knows what we go through in the fenestration industry. I met P.V. a couple years back and he was a no-nonsense insurance inspector.(I hope I got his job title exactly right). Generally we have a very positive experience with people who have a good idea of the quality and service they require. I for example know that P.V. will always tell me if something was not up to his standards, or if a product needed adjustment. Sometimes the hardest part of our industry is having communication from the customer to the installer, or myself. It sounds obvious, but a lot of my sales presentation is directed to instructions where I ask for the customer's help in always being aware of anything that is making our customers unhappy. Since we do construction anything possible and we can't guarantee that everything will always happen the 1st installation date, but we try our best to make it happen as quick as possible with the customer informed of information as soon as it is available. Alain and his wife are definitely a couple of my favourite customers. When you are in the window & doors industry it's always a pleasure to have people that are creative and realistic about how they want their home to look like. Hopefully next year I will be able to build them a bay window at the back of the house.

R in Richmond Hill is being very nice to me by not mentioning a small problem we had. I think this is because they like me. Just for other potential customers to be aware of we had an issue at their son's home where the door glasses for the sidelites were the wrong frosting. The factory had made an error and we soon corrected it. I know everyone wants the company they chose to look perfect, but in construction a lot of times it is a patient and understanding customer, combined with an honest company that truly makes the work great!

I loved dealing with Klara because they work in the trades as well. I think we only talked about the patio door for five minutes and the rest was about stories of working in the industry. Nothing is more satisfying than happy customers who understand and appreciate how hard it is to deliver a quality installer, quality product, and quality service. Thanks again Klara!
