    Family room & garage renovation

    Great job by Ryan, clean ,efficient, timely Well explained all the work TV set up in family room outlets in garage for shop Highly recommend this service as they consider all aspects

    Great job, very informative as working

    Was very informative and explained what he was doing while working. Gave some tips on other things that could be done that we did not ask for. Would hire again.

    Aluminum refresh

    Kevin was super knowledgeable, professional and on time. The team he brought with him were respectful of my home and completed the job in a timely manner. Before starting the job he gave me an honest quote explaining all the options available to update the aluminum wiring and contacts in my home. I was very comfortable dealing with him and felt reassured because he has integrity and high standards. This was a very big job and I’m glad I contacted Captain Electric because they were able to bring in an army of electricians to complete the job in record time.

    Pot lights installation

    We were very pleased with their professionalism and skills. They handled the obstacles our house presented very well. And they explained their work very well! Left my kitchen cleaner than before! Thank You Ryan and team!

    emergency electrical panel replacement

    our electrical panel developed a serious issue and had to be replaced on an emergency basis. Zac from Captain Electric was fast, experienced, friendly, diligent and got it organized and done extremely well. we are very pleased.

    Electrical Quote

    I am very happy with the service provided by Kevin at Captain Electric. I wouldn't feel comfortable using anyone else as I know my families safety is top of mind with Kevin. He is very knowledgeable and has a great disposition. He has installed dimmer switches, wall sconces and some trouble shooting in my home in the past. Would highly recommend him.

    New bathroom fan

    Excellent service. We needed to replace a bathroom fan that had stopped working. Zac came out and quoted for the job, plus a quote for adding a timer switch to an existing basement fan, and a quote for installing/moving a motion light in the backyard. We decided to go ahead with just the bathroom fan at this point. He explained the options available, and investigated our attic to get more info. Given we have a older home, there was only one option that worked. Original fan wasn't installed properly, so he fixed that. And also noted a bit of dampness in the roof area, so he took pictures so I can investigate further. Fan works great, cleanup was done, he wore a mask the entire time and arrived promptly. Will definitely call them back in the future if needed.

    Main panel replacement and conduit upgrade

    Kevin and the team at Captain Electric are the primary example of professionalism, quality and dedication to the trade. Absolutely get what you pay for in trade work and the top quality craftsmenship and customer service they showed today have created lasting customers for life. Although the quote may be slightly higher then others, let that not detour you from using Captain Electric, the quality of the panel and conduit work was done to a standard higher then anything I have ever experienced or had done. Top quality work. We will be using them for all our electrical needs.

    Bathroom exhaust fan and door chime

    I reached out to Captain Electric to request that they install a new exhaust fan for my bathroom (that never had one before) and a new doorbell chime. Everyone was polite and friendly from the initial appointment scheduling (Ellice - who also arranged for the roofer) to the actual job itself. Tim, Jackson, and Sergio were the electricians completing the work. They were on time, efficient, and left the place spotless. They also wore boot covers and masks. I’ll be reaching out to Captain Electric for future jobs!

    Possible overload on a line

    Ryan was on time along with his apprentice. Checked the line and found the bathroom fan took more electricity when starting up. Assured me everything was fine and recommended a fix.
