Wow is all I can say. The two gentlemen arrived on time and began work immediately. They were well organized and kept a clean and organized work area at all times. All the waste materials were taken away and a thorough clean up after the job was complete. The installers were polite and engaging and they knew what they were doing. The finished product is amazing and has received many positive comments from my neighbours. I am so pleased with the entire process from selection to final install no pressure, no hard sell, just a phenomenal product and a dedicated crew. Yes I will be using this company again in the future.

Diamond Home Improvements was chosen by my insurance company. I had never dealt with them before. When they came they went right to work and stayed until dark. This was not something I was used to. There were issues uncovered but I was advised on the best course of action. It became a 2 day job. The crew was conscientious and did a thorough cleanup when the job was finished. I am extremely happy with my new roof and would heartily recommend this company to anyone considering a roofing repair/replacement. They went over and beyond what was required. Thank you.

Thank you for the professional window installation and great team with Domenic and Bill. They answered all our questions, cleaned up, were polite and knowledgeable. I saw Diamond at the home and garden show in April, and requested their services for capping outside of our front door. We also wanted to replace some windows, and ultimately decided on just replacing 1 large window, and the capping just to try out their services. Rod came out a couple of days later and quoted us. He was very efficient, knowledgeable, and professional. The quote came back the next day, and we paid our deposit. Sometime later they came out and fixed the capping. The job looks good. The window wasnt available in the time that we needed it, so ultimately we canceled the window.

The process was professional from the get go. The quoting process with Rod went smoothly. He was also very knowledgeable and answered any questions we had. The install team did an excellent job and were extremely courteous and friendly. They also did a thorough clean up at the end of the job. Would highly recommend Diamond to others.

The work was completed when we were told. Rod’s team went out of their way to ensure my existing blinds would fit in the new windows.
