We were overwhelmed with the beautiful job Darren & his guys did. They were so professional & most of all Darren was very professional & always polite. They tore up our outdated front walkway, &replaced it with gorgeous gardens & new interlock. We have had so many compliments & people are still stopping & admiring our front. Thank you again for doing such an incredible job.

I can not say enough about Darren and his crew! I had some shoddy landscaping work done (another story) after we had our pool installed last summer. Also, over the years the previous owners altered my property so drainage became a huge issue. This was exposed in the flood that hit Burlington on August 4th. Darren came highly recommended by friends and my pool installer. I called Darren and he listened to my needs and worked with me and my ideas. They rectified all of the previous landscapers' issues, rectified my grading and drainage issues and he went over and above and reinstalled my hot tub, raked, seeded and cleaned up all the property. The day they finished I came home from work and was overwhelmed with what Darren and his crew had done!! I highly recommend Landecks to anyone who needs landscaping done. Had Landecks in to do work in Summer 2013. The work itself was very well done and has only sunk in one spot, but the rest has no noticeable shifting. There were many design issues with my wife having to adjust a lot of what was originally offered to make the yard look up to what we expected. If left in Daren's hands it would have resulted in a very sub par result. For example the fireplace which they had to tear down and rebuild because he made the stack too small (see pic), then had 3 code violations that had to be fixed. Their waterfall concept was not in line with what we expected and my wife had to get on him to make it to our liking. Bump outs that were not aesthetically appealing had to be modified, they misquoted on the length of retaining wall we would need and no sod was included in a huge job leaving us with a dirt track. Maybe the small stuff Landecks excels at but beware with lack of design and what you are getting on a larger job. On some levels they were great but on some larger issues it would have been a huge flop if left to their design. Come see for yourself, the end project was a huge success thanks to my wife's vision and being on top of them.

I found Landecks Landscaping to very professional, reliable, and at an affordable price. I would recommend them to anyone looking to landscape, design or re-configure their backyards, front patios, etc.

Working with Darren and his team was an excellent experience. They are friendly, professional and extremely reliable. Darren provided us with great ideas at the outset of the job. He was readily available for all follow-up. We were thrilled with the final outcome!

We had called Darren to come and offer a quote as we were experiencing severe drainage issues in our front lawn, that were beginning to impact our house and thought that we would use this opportunity to improve the look of our front porch and path along the driveway. We had no plan in mind for our front lawn and Darren came to us with amazing ideas! When the work began, Darren and his team were wonderful to work with. They were all professional and courteous and were always punctual and worked non stop for the entire time they were here. All the products that they used were top quality and all the problems with drainage have been resolved. As well, the curb appeal for our house has increased immensely! We have had the opportunity to see Landecks work in the past and we are confident that the work that we have had done to our home will definitely stand the test of time and our harsh winters! We would definitely recommend Darren and his team from Landecks Landscaping for any landscaping work and would not hesitate to call them again in the future!

We are so very pleased with Darren and his team. After visiting another site that Landecks had completed we new that they would be our choice of Landscapers for our oasis. They were punctual, professional and always courteous. Darren made a few suggestions that would enhance the look of our pool and he was so right. We would highly recommend Darren and his team. We are having a new pool put in and invited several landscaping companies to meet with us and provide a quote. Darren was the only one that actually listened to what we wanted. It was only then did he offer additional suggestions based on his considerable expertise. Some of the things he suggested (such as making a spot for our natural gas bbq) were fantastic and really showed that he wanted the whole project to suit our lifestyle when it was done. The work was more than just done efficiently and expertly - he went above and beyond and did the little things that we wouldn't have known about. Not only would I highly recommend him to my closest friends, but I will also be calling him back next summer to landscape the front of our house.

Darren and his crew were great. He was able to help me to decide on a design for the back yard, having just put a pool in. We ended up with a stone walkway along the side of the house, a separate large stone patio, large trees for privacy and new sod. He roughed in all the conduits for landscape lighting and a portable gas outdoor fire pot. His knowledge and creativity were a huge asset for this job! He was also able to re-grade (as the pool install made a big mess) and ensured all drainage in the yard was as it should be. He and his crew were efficient and courteous. The project was on time and on budget. I will definitely have him back to do my front yard and walkway when the time is right. I couldn't be happier with the job and have already made several referrals to friends and family.

This is the second home Darren and his team have worked on for us and we couldn't be happier with the results. After moving in and 2 months later dealing with flooding, Landecks was here as soon as the ground thawed to start fixing our yard so that we could fix the inside of our home. The job was done on time and within budget. The result has not just fixed the grading but made our outdoor space beautiful and functional. The feedback from our neighbours is testament to that!! On top of all this - Darren and his team were wonderful with my 2 year old - its such a nice process when you have people working on your home for 10+ days and they are willing to take a moment to be kind to your kids.
