Craig did an excellent job with our pest control issue. He is very knowledgeable, professional, punctual, thorough and reliable. He always responds promptly to emails and questions and is very pleasant and polite. Craig is an absolute pleasure to work with and would highly recommend for any pest control issues.

Called Abell and got on a plan to control the ants that were invading our home through the brickwork holes at the back of the house and the porch at the front entranceway. We also had roaches crawling around the entranceway and mice on the premises. They were very prompt and sent out a quite knowledgeable person( Craig ). He was very professional and thoroughly reviewed the property and advised us how best to handle the situation. He sprayed the perimeter of the house and laid bait and traps. Then he came out 2 more times to check on the situation and to see how it was going! Even though our neighbours ended up with a mice infestation outside, we did not. And not one ant or cockroach got in my house. Our dog killed a rat in the backyard the other day so guess who I called?

Noah Harvey was very professional and thorough while on our property, would highly recommend him and Abell for all your home pest needs. Got an appointment in a timely fashion girls in the office also give excellent service while booking.

Craig did an incredible job in assisting us with the mice problem that we had in the office building that we manage. He was always available by phone or txt. He always made it known to management and the tenants that he was there to service our pest control issues. He shared his findings and always stayed on top of the situation in order to effectively solve the problems. I have dealt with Abell Pest Control for many years now. I have always had one expert service man (Zoran) take care of all our pest control needs. Not only is he responsive and professional, he really cares about our home's security against pests and, most importantly, our well being. I have found that Zoran is able to eliminate problems and to be ahead of seasonal problems with careful inspections of our property. His experience and knowledge are comforting benefits in addition to his always friendly service.

I am very pleased with the service received both inside and outside the condominium. Shane is very professional and easy to communicate with. A few time I needed his assistance with wasp nests and he attended the building in a very reasonable time with great success at the job at hand.
