Our university student returned from school with a host of bed bug buddies. Didn't discover them until about two months later. We called around and decided to go with a less expensive company. They did two treatments two weeks apart and claimed that all was good. Literally weeks later we found some in our bedrooms. Again we chose the less expensive route as we had already spent a good chunk of change on treatment. This treatment as the previous one was ineffective. In the meantime my son moved into a new residence and unfortunately so did his bed bug buddies. Now it was time to call in the professionals, Abell pest control bed bug technician Blake Bigford came in and assessed the situation and explained thoroughly the course of action and what we had to do to prepare for the treatment. On the day of treatment he came on time, communicated with us upon completion of the treatment as to how we should proceed. Needless to say after two treatments the residence was free and clear of bedbugs thanks to Blake's excellent service and Abell protocol. It didn't quite end there, we were still finding the odd one in our bedroom (in the home my son moved out of) and again we called on Blake to take control of the situation with outstanding results. We joked with him that were becoming friends of sort. He had an excellent personality and made a bad situation seem less troublesome. When we recently bought a new box spring and mattress we called him personally for protective covers and he hand delivered them. This was a tough lesson for us, in total all treatments including Abell we spent about $3,000. If we made the right choice in the first place it would have been half that and the job done properly.
