I had a great experience beginning with customer service who answered all of my questions and booked a technician to come in within a day. The technician was great! Explained the whole process and what to expect in the next few days. A very professional service!

On June 19, 2014, Lohann Gualtero treated our Larder beetle infestation by using a Vapona 0.05% fog in our attic and a Vapona 0.05% spray inside our light fixtures and on the perimeter walls in our home. He sprayed the exterior of our home with Pyrethrins 0.5%. He advised that we would see some beetles, in the dying stage, for a few weeks but then they would be gone. By August 26, 2014, no more beetles and thankfully no more beetle larva. Thank you Lohann and Abell Pest Control.

I had a large wasp nest about 16 ft up - outside a bedroom window. I was concerned that they would get into the soffet and into the house as they had chosen a vented piece to build their nest on. The receptionist was very helpful and knowledgeable and the technician came out with a back up just incase the wasps got ugly. All went well, and while they said they would take the nest if they could but otherwise I would have to take it down in three days, they managed to get it down so no climbing for me to do. This is second time I have used Abell and I had them good and stumped the first time so they actually had to go to a lab to figure out which bug I had (the joy of living next to a shipping channel - all sorts falls off the boats) and they did a great job then as well. Highly recommend the Kitchener team.

They did a great job in coming to our place and were really detailed in their check for ants and potential rodents. They also described what to look for and helped us close off any potential holes they can come in with. They really good at what they do.

They did a great job in checking our place and making sure there was no problems with ants or rodents. They were really good and fortunately there was nothing found.

I am not afraid of silverfish, but can't stand the little suckers. I have received absolutely the greatest service to help rid my house of the little creepy silver bugs.

Quickly arranged an appointment and showed up on time and did a thorough inspection of the house. Clearly assessed the mice problem, set traps for catching the mice and suggested solutions for eliminating the mice problem. He is very knowledgeable and approachable. I definitely recommend him!

In June of 2014 we discovered we had carpenter ants.We had this problem before in 2013 and had contacted a professional pest control company at that time.We were very disappointed in their business ethics,and also the problem still persisted.We contacted Abell Pest Control from the Yellow Pages, and right from the beginning,the representative (Diane) was courteous,professional, and explained everything about the procedure.We were given an appointment in seven days and the technician (Jackie) called prior to her arrival.She was courteous, polite,professional,and explained the procedure step by step.She even put on "booties" over her work shoes for cleanliness.She even would come back within ninety days to do a follow-up treatment (part of the original cost).We are thoroughly pleased with their products and service.We have referred them to our family physician,and friends who have a cottage.We would highly recommend them.
