Our fridge wasn't making ice and was leaking water into the main cavity. Mirnez came, experimented with cleaning out a filter, but didn't charge us as he wasn't sure he had fixed the fridge and wanted to do some research to see how he could fix it. His small experiment got the ice maker working again and stopped the water from leaking. Not only was he professional and courteous, he also went the extra step to make sure that WE were satisfied. We would highly recommend him to others.

Immediate response followed by knowledgable assessment and problem resolution at fair cost. We would definitely call this company again if the need arises and highly recommend this company to you.

I emailed Mirnez after seeing a review for him in a google search. He came very promptly, fixed our very noisy dryer and recommended dryer duct cleaning to deal with the second problem. He was very knowledgeable, punctual and professional. Would definitely call him again!

Very glad I called Mirnez, he was able to find an unusual blockage in my washer that I never would have been able to fix by following videos on youtube.

last week i had washer draine problem and i called ABC/Mirnez appliance service. He was able to come have look within a few hours . He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed in next 15 min .He checked all other parts just to be safe.He is so fantastic and i strongly recommend him and his bussines

I have been a client of Mirnez for the past 10 years. I was always satisfied with his services, and will use ABC Appliances in the future. The last time Mirnez came to my condo was to repair a “Miele” dishwasher. I was happy to find out there was nothing seriously wrong with the appliance, and it just needed some cleaning/maintenance. I find Mirnez very honest, knowledgeable and fast.

Vlad was prompt and efficiently repaired my washing machine. he also gave me pointers on how to keep my washing machine from overloading and also tips for purchasing a new machine in the future. He was easygoing and genuine. I appreciate his service and will use him again in the future if I have appliance issues.

Called him before Christmas as my washer would shut down mid cycle. He came that afternoon - he replaced a part that didn't fix the problem but he was honest enough to take the part back and said he fixed a possible block in one of the hoses. A week later the problem returned. I called him back as he stated during his visit that he has a 30 day labour guarantee. His cell phone reception was very poor so I had to ask him a few times to repeat himself. He became very impatient and rude. Stated he doesn't know what the problem could be and will have to call me back in a couple of days once he looks into it. That was two weeks ago. I still have a washer that needs repair. Be prepared if he doesn't fix your appliance problem the first try and you have to call him back...I'll never call him again nor will I recommend him to anyone. So disappointed considering other reviews rave about him....

Our freezer wasn't freezing anymore and food was starting to thaw. I called Mirnez and he was able to come when I needed him right after work the same day. He arrived when he said he would and when he got there he went right to work. Mirnez found the issue very fast and charge us very little compared to other places we've dealt with before my wife was surprised at the charge being so low. Just a side note he did change a part on the fridge but that wasn't the issue so he removed the part and didn't charge us for it even though it had been opened. I would defiantly recommend Mirnez, he was polite, fast, knowledgeable and fair.

Mirnez repaired the dishwasher draining problem quickly and efficiently. He didn't try to sell me any unnecessary new parts, as some companies do. Would definitely call him for our next appliance repair.
