Very good company. Well organized, thorough and very professional. Olin and staff are all dedicated to provide an excellent service. Work was done fast, yet to the high quality standard. Work had a minimum impact on our daily life and the site was left meticulously clean. I do recommend this company for both, carpet and air duct cleaning.

Amazing job ! very thorough and our carpeting looks brand new! the other company we tried years ago didn't get it clean and there was not much difference. Oliva got it completely clean other than a couple of old stains that became much more faint. Paid 630 for the cleaning by Ben amd 180 for the protectant stain repellant spray. Very satisfied and would definitely recommend Okiva carpet cleaning!

Oliva is good in communicating once you book them, the workers are on time and again communicate the time of arrival. They accommodated our request of doing the upstairs one day and the downstairs the next. They were able to get the marks out that a previous carpet cleaner didn't, very knowledgeable staff. They were able to get the majority of areas of broadloom clean and the ones that didn't come out as well they let us know. Next time we won't wait as long in between cleanings as we got a little lax, no dog anymore so we waited a bit, we miss him but you know there is always something when you have pets ! We'd definitely have them back again in the future

Ben came to our townhouse and cleaned all the upstairs carpet and stairs. He did a great job and the carpets now feel very soft and refreshed. This is the 3rd or 4th time we have used Oliva Carpet Cleaning and have been very happy with the results. Thanks Ben!
