    Rug Cleaning

    I was familiar with Oliva Carpet and Rug Cleaning having seen their trucks about town. We were doing a refresh of our interiors and needed three rugs cleaned. They were returned like new. We were very pleased. The service was excellent, having promised a week turnaround and they delivered on time. Olin, the technician, was friendly and polite and respectful of our home. I would not hesitate to use them again.

    Carpet Cleaning

    We were referred by a friend to use this company and had our basement carpet cleaned for the first time in nine years. The results were fabulous, the carpet looks brand new ! They were able to remove years of stains and we were thrilled with the results. The technician arrived on time, measured and provided a quote, was very professional and did an excellent job! I would recommend using this company to anyone needing their carpets cleaned.

    Commercial Carpet Cleaning

    I located Oliva through an on line search when I wanted to have the carpets cleaned at the office. The had a very high rating and are reasonably priced. Although they are mostly residential providers they did come into the office for us which required stringing multiple hoses together to reach our suite. The deep steam cleaning brought the carpet up very well, considering the age and traffic that it has had to taken over the last 7 years we were very pleased. Based on this experience I am hiring Oliva to clean my carpet at home as well as a cleaning and repairing a wool rug I have.

    Carpet cleaning

    Excellent fast and thorough service. Definitely worth the money. 95% of my pet, coffee and dirt stains removed from my carpets. Very satisfied and would use again without question. Professional and friendly.

    Carpet Cleaning

    I found this company very easy to deal with. I reached out through the website and got a call to book an appointment within hours. Kim was very friendly and gave me all the information I needed. The technician reached out on the morning of the appointment to let me know exactly when he would arrive and the work was done completely and in the time I expected. I'm very happy with the quality of the work as well.

    Carpet cleaning

    The gentlemen complained about the size the moment he walked in, even though I measured my sq ft and called for an estimate. Was also told as a new client I would receive free deodorizer and sanitizer if I chose. The gentlemen said no I have to pay $69.99 for deodorizer so I ended up paying for it. My carpets smelled worse after they were cleaned. They also did not dry in 2 to 4 hrs as website says. Would not recommend them.

    Filthy family room carpet

    I went to HomeStars hoping to find a reliable service to clean a large wool carpet and 2 smaller silk ones. It's hard to select from a google search! Oliva responded to my request quickly, as did others. It was easy to book the appointment and get early questions answered. The pickup and drop off were as scheduled. My expectations regarding the stains were well managed. I am very happy with the result. The carpet feels and looks great again. Thank you.

    Carpet Cleaning

    The service was great from the time I spoke to Kim at the office to when they came in to clean my carpets. They were reliable and very professional. I would absolutely use them again.

    Carpet Cleaning

    I have been using Oliva carpet cleaning for the last 5 years. Henry has never disappointed me with his dedication and expertise. There are other cleaners, but I would recommend asking for him. Kim the office manager is very pleasant and will work with you to schedule a time that works best for you.

    Furniture cleaned

    Had a couch and chair cleaned and they did an amazing job. Had had it cleaned by another company a few years back with bad results. So much time was spent on couch and chair making sure dog oils were removed. Would highly recommend this company.
