Before moving in to a 15-year old home, we had Oliva Carpet Cleaning clean the carpets in our entire 2nd and 3rd floors (which were stained and filthy), including 2 flight of stairs -- and they did a GREAT JOB! We also had them clean our ducts and they even checked our furnace for free. Because I am pregnant and I have a 2-year old daughter, I am very particular with the product they use. Vi patiently explained to me their cleaning process as well as the natural disinfectants they use. I was very comforted and I am very happy that we decided to go with them...specially after I saw how clean the carpets were...and it was all done without using harmful chemicals. :)

This is the second time we used Oliva and again, we are completely satisfied. David did the job last time and Olin this time. Both were great. Today, Olin was punctual, courteous, professional , made good suggestions and went the extra mile to make sure the job was done right. We had Oliva carpet cleaning come to clean our carpets. I was expecting a more professional job to be done. The carpets did get cleaned, but it was not professional at all.

I have used Oliva Carpet Service (Cleaning) four times in the past several years. I have researched other companies but Oliva Carpet Cleaning always does the best job for the price. Olin is a pleasure to work with. He is very professional and immediately returns calls to answer any questions and schedule appointments. The appointment has always been close to the day I hava called so there is no a long delay. When Olin and his team arrive they are punctual, polite and eager to get the job done. Olin will discuss any issues that he may have notice and addressed. He has excellent communication skills and takes pride in his job performance and satifying the customer. We will continue to use Oliva Carpet Cleaning Service - especially because we have three kids under 5!! I have referred Oliva Carpet Service - (oaklville) to my mother, mother in law and friend. Had a very bad stain in our carpet (nail polish) thought for sure the carpet would have to be cut out and repaired.But with a lot of patience and expertise Oliva removed the stain . Very courteous and professional service would recommend this company.

Very impressed! I was looking to get the broadloom on the entire upper floor broadloom professionally cleaned and spent several days researching carpet cleaning companies. I came across reviews on Oliva Service on Homestars.com in the process and read the reviews with interest as a colleague had recommended this very company to me recently. Based on her reference and the Homestars reviews, I decided to go with Oliva Service. Olin (the owner) was an absolute pleasure to deal with. He was very prompt, courteous and detailed in his responses to my calls and e-mails and accommodated my request for a cleaning appointment at very short notice. He came across as eager to earn my business, but not at all pushy - a great combination. Olin and his colleague - who was also very polite and pleasant - arrived as scheduled and after explaining the process, got to work immediately. The results were excellent and I am very pleased with having chosen Oliva Service. The cost was exactly as per Olin's e-mail quote, and he did not attempt to upsell me in any way. Olin is passionate about his profession and clearly takes pride in his work. I am extremely happy with Oliva Service and am glad I did not try to save a few dollars by using the cheaper companies, some of which do not have very favourable reviews. I would highly recommend Oliva Service!

Amazing service! I’m always wary of carpet cleaning services, they almost always give you one price on the phone (or some special they are offering), only to end up charging you double by the time they are done. So it was with trepidation that I searched and obtained quotes from various services who served the Burlington area. Olin’s price came in about average over the phone. What I liked about him was the fact that he listened to me, asked questions to understand exactly what I wanted and gave me a fair quote. He arrived on the appointed day exactly when he said he would. The results were amazing. The carpet had not been professionally cleaned in over 10 years and had endured smoking, a cat and black “track marks” left from years of feet shuffling. The Real Estate Agent was recommending that we replace the carpet! Olin removed all of the stains and left the carpet looking new and the house smelling wonderful. There was even an area in the office where a plastic mat had sat since the home was built. You could easily identify the margins of the matt as the carpet underneath was almost white compared to the rest of the carpet. No longer, you can no longer tell a mat was there! Best of all, Olin did not attempt to up-charge us on anything. We did pay extra as my Wife decided to do the stairs leading to the basement which was not in the quote. He only charged us an $40 for the extra work. I would use Olin again without question and would recommend him enthusiastically to anyone needing carpet cleaning!

Olin and his colleague recently cleaned our carpets and furniture. The results were fantastic. All of the stains were removed from the carpet, as well as from the upholstery. I was most impressed with the removal of an old stain (probably soy sauce) from an off-white, upholstered, down-filled chair. The service was prompt, friendly and professional. I would not hesitate to recommend Olivia Carpet Cleaning.
