    Wool Carpet Cleaned

    My experience with Oliva has been exceptional. I got an appointment quickly and conveniently. The service was great: pick up & drop off was quick, convenient and professional. Everyone I spoke to was friendly & helpful. I would definitely use their service again & recommend them to friends & family.

    Duct Cleaning & Carpets

    We had tenants in rental home who were unabashedly chain smokers despite a lease clearly stating no smoking. The company and owner very customer oriented explaining the why's of cleaning recommended. They followed up afterward to make sure we were happy with service and making lots of additional suggestions. I appreciate the enthusiasm and time taken to deliver service and would use them again

    My couch & carpets look amazing!

    I received incredible service. My appointment was booked within two days of my initial call. Jeff did an amazing job. I highly recommend Olivia carpet & rug cleaner. I was surprised at how great my coach and carpets look.

    Top to bottom professional job

    This is a business that deserves all the positive reviews! From the first point of contact it felt like a personal service, with clear pricing and a seamless scheduling process. On the day of service, I received a phone call and photos with updates on the cleaning process to ensure I was satisfied. I will recommend Oliva to everyone and will use only them going forward.

    Duct Cleaning

    -Poor Duct Cleaning -No explanation before or after what they do/did. -Poor cleaning process, vents and returns, none removed or covered, some missed & bent -I had to return all moved furniture and cleanup -Disputed 10 written issues. Their client satisfaction statement we will make it right non existent.

    Call Bob thank you very much for your review. After you have a complaint I have immediately came to check the whole job on the same day. I personally went through all that the vents, and we did not see any dirt or dust inside so this job was done properly. My definition is hard-working guy but he's not much talker so his only mistake was that he did not explain the whole process properly. But we did clean every went in every return and even though the system was clean I still had offered you to re-clean your house for free if you want it. Yoyu refused... In our company we always guarantee client satisfaction but I'm not sure what exactly I need to do in order to make you satisfied? I've been doing CARPET and Duct Cleaning for 20 years and we have a 10,000 happy clients. !! OLIN,OLIVA SERVICES.

    Fresh Carpets

    Very happy with the quick response of this company! Within a few days of calling and getting quote my carpets and recliner chair are now clean and fresh. Jeffs attention to detail was very much appreciated. Will be happy to use Oliva again and can recommend them highly.

    Carpet Cleaning

    Exceptional customer service from start to finish. Oliva Carpet Cleaning came through for me on very short notice and did a great job from the customer service through to the cleaning service. They were prompt, thorough and patiently waited for me as I was running late to meet them at the door!! I would certainly retain their services again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for carpet cleaning!
