He was on time (as we all know a rare thing in the service industry) he was friendly, and super fast. The price was great and the best part... he took away the old toilet and all the cardboard from the new one! He left me no mess to clean up! You have to love that!

I have never, ever been so impressed with the AMAZING SERVICE that we just experienced at our home, the service professional that you sent was responsive to our needs and concerns, understood our predicament and provide us with permanent solution to our plumbing problems. I thought that such incredible service would have cost me a small fortune, I was wrong, the value I was shown and the service I was provided was more than fair and Tom even saved us an additional 15%, incredible. Thanks Tom for the great service.

Thos R Birnie & Son's company president actually came out to fix my drains in order to ensure I had my drain issues resolved. My drains have been driving us insane for far too long and costing us a fortune..nothing worked, and every other company we hired, managed to bill us successfully, but not resolve the issue. Rob spent about 1 hour in my home, and fixed everything. Thank god for Thos. R. Birnie & Sons.

They showed up on time and they did a good job. Accurate price estimate, got job done when they said they would. Accurate timeline. Good customer service and workers in the home.

They were incredibly professional, the job was done in a very timely manner, the estimate was accurate, they stood behind their work to make sure it was the best. Warranty included for as long as we live in the house.

We were very impressed with the customer service and workmanship we received from Thos. R. Birnie with particular attention to the efforts of their Sales Manager Mr. Roy [last name removed--Ed], who had to go through hoops (no easy task) in order to coordinate this job. When the workers arrived to do their job they were polite and efficient and did what was necessary in short order. Did not leave a mess to clean up either. I would recommend this company in a heartbeat. It was indeed a pleasure to work with them. JN

We had sewer work done, and unfortunately there was a leak, they not only fixed it immediately but sent a few guys to work on it so it didn't take as long to do. The repair involved ripping up the front lawn, and when they were finished, they even replaced the sod. Great job !!!
