Shorty's had installed a new furnace and hot water tank for us and I feel that they were professional throughout the entire process, from service to quoting to install. I was worried there might be hidden fees or issues, but everything went according to plan. They were professional and displayed great workmanship. I was very happy with the level of service and overall felt the experience was perfect - the way it should always be! I requested quotes from 7 companies before deciding who to go with and moving forward. Shorty's was comparable in price and service. Everyone I spoke to; service rep, sales rep and then the installers were all friendly and helpful answering some complicated questions and being patient through the process. I highly recommend them based on the last 5 years of service with them.

My Fiance and I bought a house in the country a month before winter and had no heat. There was an existing oil furnace in which now, those are no longer to code and can't be used. We were in a huge rush to get our home livable. We contacted many Furnace/Heating companies and amongst those, a few were quite delayed with getting back to us, even with explaining our urgency. We even had one decline the job because they were too busy. We contacted Shorty's and with the friendly, prompt service and the understanding of our urgency as well, we choose them! They gave us great options and we found one that worked well for our home. Running new ducts and using some existing (as we requested), the install was done very timely and professionally. Our basement looks even nicer and we have a lot more head room as he tied them into the ceiling. Who would have thunk!? We haven't had any problems with our furnace and are so happy we found a great company to work with! And we are warm!! I highly commend and recommend them! Thank you Shorty's.
