    Post-cleaning Services

    We got new flooring in our townhouse. My husband looked online for cleaning services that do post-construction and found Sunrise Cleaning Services. When he spoke to Tina she was able to accommodate our last minute request and she was very courteous on the phone. When I got to the house I met up with Olga and the driver. They were very prompt and Olga did not waste any minute and got started right away after I showed her what needed to be done. When Olga was finished, the house was so clean. All the sawdust on the walls and floors were cleaned very well. She even paid special attention to my little one’s room. The price is great and the service is phenomenal. I would definitely use their services again.

    Great family-owned cleaning service

    This is a terrific family-owned cleaning companye that gives good value and provides a wide range of services. I live in the Oakville area, have pets, and have used Sunrise Cleaning once every 2 weeks for several years. They are thorough, efficient, responsible, and the cleaning team is always pleasant. It's lovely to come home to a sparkling, fresh house after a long work-day. Highly recommended.

    Cleaning and sanitizing empty bungalow, for move in condition .

    Punctual and highly organized team. Everything was cleaned and sanitized, including inside windows and window shutters. Cleaned all appliances, cabinets, and shelves. I would use them again! Thank you for more than meeting my expectations.

    Good at first...then very poor

    They were great when we had them clean our home after we renovated. We hired them for regular cleaning once a month. In each instance it looks like the bathrooms were wiped but not cleaned. There was hard water spots on the downstairs bathroom faucet after both cleanings and the sinks looked as though they had been wiped but without cleaning products. The kitchen was similar both times as well. The stove was not cleaned well and countertops appeared to be just wiped, not cleaned. The truly upsetting issue was during the first cleaning when someone used an abrasive cleaner or something like steel wool to clean our brand new stainless steel kitchen sink and scratched it badly.. The house did not smell as though it was cleaned when we came home and ,as mentioned, appeared that it had received a quick surface cleaning. At $180 per cleaning this is not acceptable.

    Condo Move Out

    I ordered a move out cleaning with Sunrise to take care of my unkept rental. The cleaning went smooth and made it all ready for the next people who moved in.

    Basic Cleaning

    I gave short notice and still ended up with great results! My tenant loves a super clean place and this suited her needs. Great service and worth the one time clean! Would use again in future.

    Cleaning Services

    Sunrise Cleaning is great! I have never been disappointed. Crew shows up on-time, and does a very thorough job. Any concerns, issues or questions I've had have been addressed timely.

    Bi weekly house clean

    I had sunrise come to clean our home. First time did an okay job then 3 times after did a definite surface clean. Twice they cancelled me the day before really disappointing because they didn’t even offer another time. The lady I spoke to said all her women were sick or leaving her. I’m sorry about that bu you might have mentioned this at least a few days before. Especially because I had dinner parties in our home both times. Not even a sorry from sunrise. Absolutely do not start with them!!

    Spring Cleaning

    Spring Cleaning with Sunrise is the best present you could give yourself. I had the staff in yesterday and they did a good job, I was unwell and they were able to get done what I never could….Not enough time or energy. They were thorough and committed and worked tirelessly on my home. I had real estate agents yesterday afternoon and they were impressed with how clean and well maintained the home was. I wish I could have your staff clean every week! Happy Easter!

    Sunrise Cleaning Lack of Service

    I'd used Sunrise Cleaning services several times with satisfactory results. However, on the fourth occasion I met the two cleaning ladies at 1 pm on a Saturday, showed them around my place and asked if they were okay to proceed while I went out to return in 1 hour. Upon returning, I noted that no cleaning had been performed, the cleaning ladies were gone, and the door of my apartment was left unlocked. They did nothing and just vanished with no explanation. I'm not sure if they took anything or not. I'll never use this company again.

Yes, the ladies showed up for your appointment, but they called our office to report that there are cat feces and urine on the floors and that the condition of your apartment is unsanitary. I have send you a text message to inform you that we will not be able to clean your place and you responded that you will be back within few minutes. The ladies waited few minutes, but no one has showed up. One of the ladies got nauseous from the smell in your place, for that reason they were not able to wait any longer.
