Neptune washer broke down, and the repairman came and said it wasn't worth fixing and to purchase a new washer. However you cannot purchase just the washer component of the stackable set. Now I am stuck with a dryer that works, and a washer that doesn't, resulting in me having to purchase another one! Also, the washer was very noisy, and you have to keep your washer door open so mold doesn't grow. It was good on water, but that was the only positive quality!

Had both stove and fridge repaired under extended warranty. Sears was very fast, responsive and resolved the problem quickly at no additional cost. I was very surprised to get this level of service from a large retailer. Highly recommended.
