Ambia were wonderful! They were very professional , experienced and knowledgeable. Our windows were skillfully installed on a timely basis and look great. We could not be happier with our experience in replacing most of the windows of our home (11 windows in all). Everything went according to plan and we were kept informed throughout by Ambia. I had arranged quotes from 3 companies, based on their ratings on Home Stars. They each visited our home for a couple of hours, did preliminary measurements, and gave us a quote for the work – including Michael Radocchia from Ambia. He was very professional and very informative. He brought samples of the Vinylbilt windows with him and explained the process to us. The Vinylbilt Platinum Series windows that he recommended to us include a number of upgrades over builder’s grade windows and he carefully explained the various features - and also the options available to us. Their quote was very comparable to the other 2 quotes in price but we were convinced that both the quality of the Vinylbilt windows and the quality of the installation were better and, thus, Ambia represented the best value to us. Michael was also excellent in replying promptly to various questions that we had after receiving the advice and quotes from the other 2 companies. Shortly after re-contacting Michael, Omar and Alex (who would be our installers) came to our house to do the exact measurements. They were both very professional and efficient. Based on their advice, we made a couple of minor changes to the draft contract before signing it and paying our deposit. We were told it would be 4 to 6 weeks before the windows would be custom manufactured and ready for installation. Sure enough after 4 weeks, Tony, the manager from the Ambia office phoned to schedule the installation and sent us details by email of what we were to do ahead of the installation, including removing curtains, etc. On the scheduled day, Omar and Alex arrived at the arranged time to commence the installation. They were very polite and efficient. Drop cloths were put down to protect our carpets, etc and they very professionally installed our windows in accordance with the Window Wise approved quality standard of installation (See attached link http://www.windowwise.com/about.htm) . They were happy to explain the process to me and why this was the proper way to install windows. When they finished work on each of the 2 days, they carefully tidied up afterwards, including using a commercial vacuum cleaner. Frankly, the whole process could not have gone better! Our windows look great and I would happily give Ambia a rating of 11 (rather than 10) if I could. I am also happy to recommend, Ambia and Michael, Tony, Omar and Alex to my family, friends and neighbors should they need to replace any of their windows.

I got 4 windows installed last winter and the service was great. Very efficient and I felt I knew what to expect. I also had one window with the coloured glass that was leaking air, but I really liked it and wanted to keep it. So the installer was able to put a clear window on top of it and it looks as nice, not to mention it is a lot warmer now;) I really appreciate the installers helping to keep the look of the house original.

Ambia Windows and Doors replaced the windows to our entire house as well as the front and patio doors. The entire experience from start to finish was very positive. Tony was extremely helpful and professional. He assisted us in making decisions regarding the design of the windows and doors for the different rooms in our house. He also provided us with detailed information regarding the different types of windows which helped us to make an informed decision. Any questions that we had were addressed by Tony in a very timely manner. On one of the days that the work was being done Tony also spent several hours at the house checking to see that there were no issues and immediately addressed the small ones that did arise. My husband and I were also very impressed with the installers, Omar and Alex. They worked continuously throughout the day, were friendly and polite, and cleaned up once they were done. We are thrilled with how the house looks and would highly recommend Ambia to anyone who is considering replacing their window and doors. Rosanne and Jeff

The experience buying windows from the entire Ambia team was outstanding. Our sales rep Michael was extremely professional, very knowledgeable & detailed oriented. His design suggestions for hickory coloured prairie grill windows were chosen & look amazing. The installers were Omar & Alex who did an excellent job as well as being very courteous, neat & always "smiling". The entire process was pleasurable & we do not hesitate to recommend Ambia to friends & family. This company is so very deserving of its excellent reputation.

We had a great window experience with Ambia. Igor came and did all the measuring, brought a window sample to show the superior quality and also installed our windows. Since the seller was also the installer I was confident I would be getting a great installation and not just a great sales pitch! I was correct as Igor and the guys did a great install of our 7 new windows. The guys were were clean, quick and the finished product looks beautiful! This is my third time purchasing new windows and by far my best experience and product. I have recommended Igor and Ambia to many others including my parents and will be having the remaining windows in my home replaced by the Ambia crew shortly.

We got all our house windows (20) and old garden door to a french door replaced by Ambia Windows. Igor from Ambia windows was very helpful and very prompt. Provided with excellent services and got the job done right on time. It was hassle free and all done proper. Would use their services again. They beat all their competitors pricing for the better quality products and will actually bring and show you a real sample rather than just booklets. Worth all the praises. And recommend anyone whose looking for a good no stress job within budget for top of the line products.

I quoted three companies, and frankly, Ambia was the most expensive. However, Igor took such time with us, explained everything better than anyone else, was not at all pushy, gave us incredibly comprehensive drawings, and was generally so great, we decided we had to find the extra money to go with Ambia. He took the proper measurements at the consultation and was also the installer. He and his crew installed in a day, cleaned up, and were a pleasure to have around. I would recommend Ambia to anyone.

I had all windows on my house as well as the patio door replaced by Ambia Windows and Doors (brick to brick). The workmanship and quality of the windows and door were outstanding. It was a real pleasure working with Tony of Ambia. He was very knowledgeable about windows and all aspects of the job, very customer focused, honest and trustworthy and always provided timely responses to all questions. His installers, Omar, Alex and Serj were exceptional. They were meticulous with removing and replacing the windows including very large ones, always demonstrated high standards of excellence including cleaning-up after each day. Thanks Tony, Omar, Alex and Serj for a great job.

I chose Ambia Windows because they offered me the best price and product. The installers were excellent. Alex and his crew worked very hard under some challenging conditions. They worked late to complete the installation in one day. They used drop sheets everywhere and cleaned up on completion. I waited 6 months before sending my review to see if my opinion changed. It hasn't.The windows exceeded my expectation. Michael (sales)and Tony(office) were very helpful and easy to deal with. No pressure to get me to pay more or to ask for extras. I would recommend Ambia to my friends and relatives.

Ambia did an exceptional job in replacing our garden door entry system. The product is beautiful, well made, the crew is very knowledgeable and professional and kept a clean work site. Omar, Alex and Peter are skilled and worked very well together. The customer service delivered by Tony (and his manufacturer) is excellent and noticeable. Ambia is highly recommended.
