We replaced all our windows, sliding and front door with Ambia. Ambia was the best choice by far, their attention to detail and customer service is second to none. On the visit for estimation, Tony was courteous thorough and offered a wide range of selections to help us make the right choice. In setting up our installation Tony contacted us well in advance and the installers were on time and extremely professional. The finished product looks outstanding and the whole process was seamless and smooth. Alex and Omara were wonderful, worked diligently and conducted themselves with absolute professionalism, evening doing a wonderful clean up job once the job was completed . Tony also came by after the installation to inspect the work and ensure we were satisfied with the job. We would highly recommend Ambia to anyone without hesitation.

I contacted Michael last year for a quote to replace my kitchen window and sliding patio door. He was quick to get back to me with the quote, however, we discovered a leak above the patio door so I let Michael know I would be in touch when we resolved the leak. I followed up with Michael almost 8 months later and he agreed to honour the original quote price. Before he sent the guys to measure I realized the bathroom window should be done also and he was very quick to get back to me with a quote on that also. The guys who came to measure were great, they gave me some good suggestions regarding the window and were really good about explaining the difference between brick to brick, stud to stud, and retrofit. The same guys who measured came to install the windows and door. They were great, they put down tarp to make sure to protect the carpeting. They didn't install the trim pieces around the kitchen window because there isn't enough space currently and they would have to cut them to fit; I told them we will be renovating the kitchen shortly and they left the pieces for us to install once we do the cabinetry. The windows are so much warmer and look so much better. I am over the moon. I highly recommend Ambia Windows and Doors Inc.

We recently had Ambia Windows and Doors replace 10 windows in our house and I am very happy with the end results. From the beginning of the sales cycle through to the completion of the project, the entire team at Ambia was very professional and a pleasure to deal with. The installers themselves worked diligently from start to finish, and clearly demonstrated a great deal of expertise in the industry. They were extremely courteous and a pleasure to have in my home. Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the outcome of the project. I chose Ambia Windows and Doors primarily because of the excellent reviews and the professionalism they demonstrated during the sales process. I'm happy to say that they did not disappoint!

No need to look for other companies: if you want a worry free project for your house, go with AMBIA. We wanted to replace our front side windows and during our research found them on HomeStars. We were impressed with the great reviews and after going through a few quotes we decided to choose them. We are very happy with our decision; after reviewing our options with Tony and Janna we scheduled the work in January (we were lucky to have a few warm days!). Frank's team ( Joe and Tiberio) were the best guys to work with, it was a pleasure to have them replace our windows. Not only did they do a super job, they were also very careful with our walls ( no touch-up paint was necessary ) and left the job site spotless. We were recommended to Ambia windows by our real estate agent when my family purchased our first home. We had Tony come in for a quote and to go over a few things with us. Tony was amazing he was very knowledgeable and helpful and was basically our reason for picking Ambia. We did have some other people come in and give us similar quotes but it was Tony's passion and help that made us go with Ambia. After we chose our windows and went over our options we were on a tight schedule to get this done before we moved in. Tony was able to get the order completed when he said he was and have the installers come do the work when they were scheduled to do so. Any one that has worked with contractors knows that time frames never go to plan but Tony made sure everything was done, on schedule, and perfectly. I do have some great pictures but not on this computer i will have to upload them another time but I thought everyone should know that if you need windows and doors make sure you talk to Tony at Ambia before you use anybody else. Thank you Tony and Ambia we are very happy with our new windows and doors and will recommend you to anyone looking to do the same!

We decided to go with Ambia based on the reviews in HomeStars, and, we liked them best out of the three companies that provided us quotes and suggestions for our new windows. Tony was great to deal with - punctual, provided EXTREMELY useful ideas since my knowledge when it comes to windows is limited. Tony promised to do the installation in January, and that was what happened. Again, I was not the one to call, remind, chase etc. Not this time. Tony called and gave us a two weeks notice, and the installers arrived right on time. They were quick and professional. My husband could not believe that master bedroom sliding door, windows, bathroom and two other bedroom windows could be done in the same day. However, the job was done by 3pm. Great workmanship, professional - all in all, I will call them for our ground floor windows as well. No need to shop around any more.

Recently had all my windows replaced in Dec 2013. Michael and Tony were very professional and took the time to answer all of my many questions. The installation team of Alex and Omar were just as professional and courteous. They paid attention to detail to ensure a quality installation. The entire team was very knowledgable and great to work with. I had previously used Ambia in 2008 at another house and again in 2013 at my current house. If you are looking for windows...call Ambia

Excellent service, 10 points goes to team of Alex & Amor. Fully satisfied with sales process and installation. As salesperson, Micheal is knowledgeable and very professional. As installation, Alex and Amor are very skilled and considerate. I am very happy with this project, the best choice I make in my fully renovation for a 3000 sf house.

They took the time to explain to my husband and I, the different windows available and the installation process itself. The job was done Dec 2nd-3rd by Frank and Joe. They worked quickly and efficiently ensuring that the job was done to my satisfaction. We can feel a difference in temp. in the house already. Ambia was recommended to us by our daughter and we will now be recommending Ambia to everyone we know as well.
