We had the south and west face of our home windows installed on Dec 8-9, 2013 by Omar and Alex. Both guys were friendly, polite, and knowledgeable. They worked efficiently and well into the evening the first day. They took care to minimize dust and possible flooring damage. Omar's skill with a caulking gun is second to none. Alex was master with foam-in-a-can. Get this crew if possible. As for the quotation process, Michael was amazing. He was not selling us windows, he was educating us. He had some great suggestions, like opaque/privacy glass for the ensuite window. No other dealer who came to provide a quote mentioned this option. He was also patient when we added further windows to the quote. In summary, fantastic work by this company. I fully expect any post-install issues to be addressed promptly and professionally.

After having our rear door and rear storm door replaced earlier this year, we knew that we needed to get our front door replaced as well. We didn't even think about another company and immediately contacted Tony at Ambia Windows and Doors We ordered the doors around Oct and Tony advised me that the doors would be ready around the end of Dec (maybe even January) due to the upcoming holiday season. Tony called me a week ago and let me know that the doors were ready and they wanted to come on Dec 7 to install so they would be installed before the new year. Tony called to confirm that an afternoon install would be ok as they are doing 7 days per week to ensure as many people as possible get doors/windows installed before the cold. Omar and Alex showed up around 1:30 and immediately got to work. As with last time, they laid down floor coverings throughout the entire house to not dirty the floors. After 4 hours, our beautiful new door and basement window was installed. Omar went through the install with me to make sure everything was up to expectations. Amazing experience from start to finish yet again from Tony and his team at Ambia.

Michael's knowledge of the product was very impressive. He delivered what he promised us and followed up on the project right to the end. Igor and his team installed the windows, the patio door, the front door and the porch enclosure and they did a fantastic job. They took care of the smallest detail. They completed the project on time and we are very happy with the end result. We would definitely recommend Ambia Windows and Doors to anyone who needs to change their windows or install new doors.

This is the best window company I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Micheal was professional and courteous, and the installers were incredibly efficient, friendly, and honest. They took all the problems my century home threw at them in stride and addressed every issue before considering the job complete. This wasn't an easy window install but they handled it very well. My home feels warmer already!

A few months back we had a few estimates done at my Mother's house, and at that time we chose Ambia Windows and Doors. I was so impressed with the work that when it came time to change the windows at my own house I only contacted Ambia. My project included the changing of a number of windows, a new screen door and some new Vinyl Siding. I met with Michael for the initial estimate, and he came back with a very reasonable price for the work involved. I met with Igor a few days later to take final measurements, and booked an installation date. When the installation date came, the crew arrived on time, completed the work in a timely manor, and cleaned up the site each day before they left. The windows and siding look great, the installation is very clean, and they took all of the old windows when they left. I would recommend Ambia Windows and Doors to anyone looking to get windows replaced.

We purchased windows for the back of our house, a front door and a porch enclosure. From the time of ordering the windows to their installation, everything was done professionally and within a timely manner. Tony was most accommodating during our consultation, and both Alex and Omar, the installers, were most pleasant perfectionists to complete the job in 2 days in cold weather with smiles and great attitudes toward the job. Given everything we checked out among several companies, Ambia Windows and Doors Inc. offered the best service and products for the price. We definitely recommend them to anyone looking.

We decided to replace the back windows in our home a few years ago. We went on HomeStars for our search. We had a couple of quotes and ended up picking Ambia Windows & Doors as our choice. Everything went smooth, from the initial meeting to the final installation. This year we thought abought replacing our front windows and went of course with Ambia again. Michael from Ambia windows and doors was extremely helpful when giving us a quote for full replacement of our front windows. (And the quote was the best out of the 3 we got). He brought samples to show us, had many options, and took the time to fully explain everything and answer all our questions. He also followed up with us after every step. Alex and Omar did the measuring and installation and were great! They were very clean, professional, and great with my 4 year old who wanted to 'help'. The windows are great and we hope to replace the rest of our windows with Ambia in the future.

Throughout the whole process, our concerns, questions, changes we made along the way - were all addressed within minutes of sending an e-mail to Michael. He could always be reached promptly by e-mail or phone, and we never felt like we were being ignored or bothering him. The day of the installation, Michael came came by to check everything, and even returned the next day. That is personal attention that you cannot readily find anymore. If you are looking for a family-oriented, sincere company to deal with, then skip all the others and go straight to Ambia where you will actually be heard. They really care about what they are selling and actually care about their customers being happy with the end-result, something that is hard to find these days. Ambia came out to 2 jobs, installing a total of 3 doors. One was a custom sized basement entry door, one was a deck access door with full window and the third was double french doors with mini blinds. Everyone in Ambia was super responsive and came out at the appointments on time. Michael, who was the sales rep, followed up and was great to have him as the main contact. I had an issue recently with one of the locks and it was fixed right away. The doors are good quality and are working well. I would recommend Ambia without hesitation.
