I had three old basement windows replaced. Ambia gave me detailed quotes, the windows were installed within the time frame, and they look fantastic. The installers cleaned up after themselves and left no mess behind. Everyone was courteous and respectful I would highly recommend them.

This review has been long outstanding. Had my front double door and side entrance door replaced back in April. Ambia gave a reasonable quote and the quality of the workmanship is excellent. The installers were very professional. There was a couple of issues with the job but nothing major. The first was that when I asked for the door color to be prime white it wasn't until after that I was informed that the jambs would be a different color. However, the difference is hardly noticeable. The second was that during the installation a small scratch was left on one of the handles. I called them up and they came back to touch it up. The mark is hardly noticeable. Despite these small issues, I would definitely use Ambia again and recommend them to others. I've been renovating my house for quite a while now and it is rare to find a company that quotes a reasonable price and then receive an excellent end product.

EXCELLENT SERVICE AFTER THE SALE!!! Ambia installed 3 new windows and a front door at my house back in 2009. Everything went perfectly smooth. Was very happy with the work. Five years later, I had was having minor problems with two of the windows. Called Tony and he dispatched someone to make the minor repairs in a reasonable amount of time. We had to replace only one window for a bedroom. After using homestars website, friends referrals and word of mouth we picked Ambia Windows. Michael was very professional in communication, was able to give us a quote via email, had someone assessing the work. On the installation day, the crew showed up very early, did a very professional job, cleaned up everything and 2-3 hours later we had our window installed just in time for the rain. Excellent service.

In the summer of 2012, we needed to replace a number of windows in our home and we went through a considerable number of companies for estimates before settling on Ambia. From the outset, Michael took a professional, informed and respectful approach to helping us understand the work we needed done and the price it would cost. He took the time to take my wife for a walk down the street to show her examples of window styles in other homes so she would understand what she was choosing. The work was done in a timely fashion and the crew was professional, focused and detailed in finishing the job to the highest standard. I have recently signed a further contract with Ambia to have additional windows and a new door put in and have had the same experience with Michael again. I have recommended his company to others and would recommend them without hesitation to anyone needing windows or doors. Ambia is a truly professional company that takes its commitment to customers seriously.

I just replaced 42 windows in my house with Ambia and couldn't be happier! From start to finish the entire team at Ambia were highly professional, propmpt and very knowledgable. Mike spent a lot of time explaining their Windows and Tony was very helpful answering additional questions. Igor and the installation crew were very experienced and did a great job. Above all I got a better product that is well installed for a lower cost than two other big box stores. I'm very impressed and would recommend Ambia to anyone.

I contacted Ambia and 4 other companies for quotes on one immediate window replacement and then on all the rest in the house for future. Ambia was the only company that addressed the immediate window concern and quoted on that individually and then on the complete job. They won on the one! and are definitely in the lead for all of the replacements in the future. Now the first window is in! THANKS great service, great installers!
