Absolutely, completely satisfied with the windows purchased and their installation. Michael, the salesman, was well-informed and documented. He took the time to present all relevant information and answer all questions. (I knew virtually nothing about buying new windows.,..) He sent an email after our meeting reviewing major points discussed including a very professionally drawn-up quote and additional links to back-up the products and their installation. Of the various window sale representatives that we met, he was the friendliest and put the least amount of sales pressure on us. The windows themselves are of great quality as well as their installation. Two installer came for our four windows. They were very respectful of the house and covered the floors so as not to mark up the hardwood. They were extremely precise in their installation taking the time to level the windows (we live in an old Toronto home) and to ensure that they were well-insulated. They also cleaned-up properly when they were through. It took approximately 6 hours to install the four windows. Michael called the very same day to get feedback on the installation and product. We will definitely contact Ambia again if we need to replace more windows. Thank you!

Last August, 2012, we chose AMBIA Windows and Doors to replace 4 windows in our house. We were very pleased with the service and product that we received. Both Tony and Michael were a pleasure to deal with; they were professional, courteous, informative, and focussed on customer satisfaction. Michael Radocchia, AMBIA Windows and Doors’ Project Consultant, was very knowledgeable about the products the company sold, as well as products of competitors. Michael also pointed out the different types of warranties that were available, and we were happy to choose AMBIA’S windows that came with a lifetime warranty, which is transferable to new owners. The installation of the windows (2 bay windows and 2 casement windows) was done in the time frame that we were promised. AMBIA’S window installers did a good job; the installation went smoothly with no delays or problems. Michael came to our house to inspect the window work during installation and upon completion of the work. After a long search for a window company, we decided on Ambia. We are SO happy we did. Michael was the consummate professional from day one. My husband and I are very detail-oriented people and had a ton of questions for Michael throughout the whole process. He was always patient, respectful and followed up when he said he would. We also dealt with Tony on a few occasions and he was a pure delight. We replaced all the windows on our home and we are very pleased with the quality. The installers were also very courteous, professional and on-time. We highly recommend Ambia to anyone looking for windows. I had a few estimates done by other companies, but Tony from Ambia provided a more detailed estimate and the price was quite reasonable. He took the time to demonstrate the product and gave me the pros and cons of the materials. Within the past year, I've had bad experiences with other contractors, so it's very important to me to have a reliable company install a proper door. I am happy to report that both the consultant and the contractor from Ambia have really exceeded my expectations. Tony was very responsive to all my inquiries, documenting the conversation through emails and following up during the day of installation. Eugene, who came to install the door, was very professional, diligent, tidy, and on his own initiative, adjusted the door molding to be more aesthetically pleasing. Ambia also went the extra mile and offered to fix a basement window that previously had been improperly replaced by a well-known company. Overall, I’m very satisfied with the service and product that has been provided and it is good to know that honest contractors still exist. I will definitely use Ambia again to replace the remainder of my windows and doors in my home.

We had our windows installed by Ambia Windows in October 2012 and 3 months later, we are still extremely happy with our decision to go with Ambia. The windows are a quality product and Ambia Windows is a quality company. When we did our research, we got quotes from 2 other well known companies but we were most impressed with the great reviews we read about Ambia Windows. Having gone with Ambia, we can say that every review we read was true. Ambia has quality windows and quality installers. Michael and Tony were a pleasure to deal with. They answered all our questions, addressed our concerns, and made sure we had the information we required. When it came time to have our alarm system reconnected, they again were available to guide us and provide us with valuable information. We are very happy with how the installation went. It took two days and Eugene and his assistant worked hard and did an excellent job. In the end, we are very satisfied with our new windows. Our house looks newer and we have added privacy with the new frosted windows in our bathrooms. I have talked with a few companies before meeting Michael and I was impressed by his knowledge and the willingness of fulfilling our needs. I was impressed again when I saw the detailed estimate so it was not a hard decision to make to work with Ambia. When it came to installation, Eugene and his team did an excellent job and was very easy to work with. Now I have 12 beautiful new vinyl windows and never need to worry about the train noise waking me up at the midnight again.

Mike at Ambia was a professional from our very first contact. He came out to see the house, gave us a very detailed estimate via email and was super helpful when it came to making decisions. We did all the windows house, plus four storm doors, and 8`ft garden doors. Even through a ton of back and forth (I was indecisive) he was always patient and quick to return calls and emails. He was never pushy and didn't try and "sell" us. Another huge factor for us was Ambia's lifetime warranty on parts and labour. Most other places only give 5-10 years for just the parts. The final price of the job was right on track with the estimate he gave; no hidden costs or surprises. The guys who came to install were also first rate.
