Tony from Ambia Windows and Doors provided excellent service all the way through: Quick to answer questions, detailed quote, lots of references. The installation team came on time, and were quick, clean, and efficient. We had one problem with one window, and Tony worked quickly to help us resolve it. We also had some of our windows painted to match existing exterior trim, and this was done beautifully.

We selected Ambia based on their good HomeStars reviews and very reasonable quote. Tony and team did a great job. The work and options were explained in layman terms, our preferrences were noted, e.g. custom colour, as well as the glass inset that we wanted, which greatly enhanced the looks of our new front door. Installation was on schedule and Igor and crew did a great job. Invoice was as per quote. A little adjustment to the frame we required after a couple of months was done right away at no extra charge. In sum, a great experience. We would be happy to use Ambia again in the future and would recommend this company to friends.

From the moment I called Tony to his final visit on job completion, he was customer focused all the way. His Sales Rep....Oday was very pleasant and didn't apply any sort of unnecessary pressure to secure the order. The workmanship of the job and quality of the windows were top notch as well. The minor issue I did have was resolved. I would definately recommend Ambia.

My experience with Ambia Windows has been very good. All the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Tony (Sales) was very patient in answering my questions and explaining the many benefits of upgrading my windows. Phil (Installer) did an excellent installation. Phil also provided some very honest advice when I asked about upgrading the windows in my parent's home. He did not try to use it as an opportunity to sell me something that was not required. My wife also commented that she really appreciated the honesty from the installation crew. We had a minor issue with one of the cranks in the casement window, but it was quickly corrected as Tony contacted Windows City for servicing. Overall, we are very happy with the sales, installation, and service from Ambia and would not hesitate to recommend them to our friends and family.

Oday, the sales consultant, was very helpful in his window suggestions, especially the new Heritage Slim Series replacement windows from Window City which have a narrower frame (2 1/2"). They suited the wooden Victorian trim of the narrower windows of our old home and let in a lot more light than the standard (3 1/4") frame. Tony was sincere and responsive to all our questions. I got the feeling they are a very trustworthy company. Installation was efficient and fairly tidy considering it was done in the middle of January. They even contracted to do some additional outside aluminum window capping. I wouldn’t hesitate to call them for other window work.

After interviewing a number of window and door companies, we settled on Ambia. They seemed the most straight-forward, honest, and easy to work with. Their onsite representative was easy to work with and conscientious. Their installer was registered with WindowWise and did a great job on the windows, doors and a patio door too. The windows were WindowCity windows and they appear very good quality and easy to operate and clean, with a decent warranty too. After our experience with Ambia, I feel we can recommend them unreservedly.

We got most of our windows replaced by them and couldn't be happier. They were professional, nice, funny and very accomodating. We found them on homestars and would recommend them to anyone. A deserving top of the list.

We decided to get a porch enclosure for our home, and from our initial call to Ambia we knew we were in good hands. Tony came to inspect the area and was both thorough and professional explaining the options available to us. He was in constant communication while the enclosure was being constructed. His team showed up prompt and professional, and had the enclosure up in a matter of hours making sure that caulking was fully filled up in the areas and leaving the entire area clean. I would highly recommend Ambia for their prompt and professional service, along with their quality work.

My windows were a disaster and Tony of Ambia was very helpful with his product knowledge and patience with my needs. He was very approachable and ready to suggest best products for my budget. I would recommend him to all my friends and family. He is truly a gentleman. I did have an issue with the installers, but Tony was quick to fix the issue.
