    8 New Windows in a 50 year old house

    Tony and his crew did a great job on our windows. Our home is 50 years old and we needed to replace 8 Windows 5 Medium size windows Three very Large Window, including the conversion of one window in to a bay window. Ambia knows their product very well and is honest about the quality of the product. I received quotes from two other larger companies and to be honest I didn't get that type of customer service and one on one attention that I wanted. Ambia's quote was not the lowest but was not the highest either. However if you want a company with superior product knowledge and the amazing attention to detail and customer care then its totally worth the money. You get what you pay for and when it comes to a large investment such as windows you want to make sure its done right. My Wife and I are new home owners so Tony went through exactly what Ambia was going to install and the timeframe as well as the quality of windows I was getting.

    Replace 2 Entrance Doors

    The crew from Ambia took pride in their work and completed the job ahead of schedule. Appreciated their advice and recommendation on how to finish the interior casing to reflect the investment in the new doors. Timelines from the initial meeting were adhered to, no delays. Thanks Tony!

    new windows

    We contacted Ambia windows and doors after reading excellent Homestars reviews and were not disappointed. Tony offered excellent advice in selecting the windows we needed to reduce noise and improve insulation. The installer did a wonderful job on the day, answered my questions and was pleasant and neat. We have been extremely pleased with the look and performance of the windows - they have delivered everything that was promised. The quality is very high. Given that we had several windows to replace and our house is older and wonky, we felt that the price was excellent. We strongly recommend Ambia to our friends and would use them again ourselves.

    Door/window replacements

    A super-great company! I live in a semi-detached house (built in the 30’s), moved in last October (2008). Had the front door replaced, along with 3 windows (one in each of the two upstairs kid’s bedrooms, and one in a hallway at the top of the stairs). Had wicked cold-air drafts blowing through all four of these last winter…hence the need for replacements. After the work was done (late Nov. 09), I tuned on the heat (set 2 degrees lower than usual, and the entire house felt the warmest it’s ever been. Yes, it’s no surprise a new door/windows will do that, but I’m also very happy with the work they did to accomplish this. The Ambia guys were super-nice, showed-up when they said they would, and finished the job in one day, as promised. Got a follow-up phone call from the boss later that night to see if everything went well…and indeed it had. Honestly, the best contractor experience I’ve ever had. Highly recommended!!!

    New Windows!

    Our house needed new windows. In the basement, the bathroom only had a piece of storm glass keeping the outside from coming in! We got three quotes from different companies. Enter Roland from Ambia. He was extremely patient (we had a lot of questions) and whatever concerns we had he was more than willing to make us feel comfortable about the large purchase we were making. On the installation day, the two gentlemen were efficient, clean, and when I asked to keep one of the old windows for an art project, they had no problem. Long after the sun went down, they were hard at work, finishing up the job. We are ecstatic! We can open our windows. We can close our windows. They let in more light, and keep in the heat. And they look great.

    Window replacement

    After deciding on getting 4 quotes for a complete window replacement for my house, Ambia Windows was almost the most reasonable. I decided to give them my business and am so happy that I did... I have a beautiful bay window in my living room that neighbors have complimented me on daily. Not only did they squeeze me in ahead of schedule, but the installers were fantastic! Highly recommended!     Two Sets of Garden Patio Doors

    Tony and his crew re-configure and installed two sets of Garden Patio Doors at the back of my house about a year ago. I can not tell you how pleased I am with the quality and workmanship, and reasonably priced too. These doors have made a huge improvement to the overall look of my property, as well as adding so much additional sunlight inside the house. Friends and family have all commented on how well the job was done. I would not hesitate to recommend Ambia to anyone. Well done Tony!

    Windows and front door replacement

    We had the front door and 7 windows replaced by Ambia. Phil did a good job installing them. Dealing with Tony was a great pleasure. He is very knowledgeable, accommodating and responsive. I highly recommend Tony and Ambia. Thank you, Tony!

    Replacement windows

    Tony came to the house to make an assessment of my existing builder`s specials windows and confirmed with me that the whole family would benefit considerably with the new comfort that the new state of the art windows would bring.What Tony reccomended,it was the way to go. Thank you Tony

    Window replacement

    We had three quotes for our project and when we compared the quotes for guarantee, quality and (my favourite) price they were all about the same (maybe $600 separated top from bottom). What made the difference? The professional - non-pressure - salesman. I got lots of options and ideas. The end result for my windows is great. I could say it is warmer, but with gaping holes in my walls with the October wind howling anything would be warmer (just kidding). The rooms are already feeling more comfortable. Thanks Tony!
