Ambia made it easy,It's great to work with a company that goes the extra mile,not only were they cost efficient and reliable,they fixed a door for me no charge.I looked at three diferent company's,I now know I made the right choice.

I recommend Ambia windows and doors highly. We had first hired Ambia to replace a rear door on our home that had become worn and broken with age. I solicited a number of quotes and was immediately impressed with Tony's professionalism and genuine interest in helping and advising us on finding the best solution. The job was completed on schedule as promised and the installation workmanship (on a tricky job) was particularly impressive. I was so pleased with the positive affect the new rear door had on our home, I asked Tony about replacing our front door system. On this job also, the care, advice and attention to detail were outstanding. Tony spent a great deal of time with us consulting on door design, specifications, and finishing details. His advice on all aspects was spot on. Again, the job was completed on schedule with outstanding results. The new door has improved the appearance of our home markedly both outside and in. I purchased new windows for my home in 2006. Tony was very creative and easy to work with. The new windows are maintenance free and came with interior vinyl frame and casing. I noticed the house was much cooler in the summer and warmer in the winter. My electricity bill was significantly reduced. I received a rebate on my electric bill from Power Stream. This year I decided to replace the doors. Tony was very resourceful in selecting the door and color from their wide selection. The color of the door was perfect and better than I expected. The installer, George's quality of work was excellent. He did an excellent job on installing additional exterior capping below the sofitt above the second floor windows and did an excellent job on installing the doors. George obviously takes pride in his work. I would highly recommend working with Tony and George.

Tony was recommended to me by my uncle who had recently had his windows replaced. Tony was very patient and understanding with my wife and me as we were deciding who we would give our business to and what kind of windows we wanted. In the end, we decided to go with a brick-to-brick installation of triple-glazed vinyl windows. Tony offered a fair price and many great suggestions. We have a couple of arched windows that required custom moldings and the new windows were a perfect fit. We have noticed much less condensation on our windows this past winter, and are very happy with how much our new windows have improved some of our views.

The Ambia representative was very knowlodgeble about the products & services of the company. Provided excellent service during the choosing of the windows & doors. Wide variety of styles & colours to choose from. Ambia's installers deed very good work, were very careful not to damage anything & once the job was completed, the clean up was so thorough that you couldn't tell that any work had been done. After the job was completed the Ambia's representative was on site to make sure that we were fully satisfied with the finished product & kept following up to make sure that no problems arose. VERY SATISFIED _ HIGLY RECOMMEND AMBIA

We have to describe our experience with the installation that was just recently done in our house. We were extremely happy with how the entire project was carried out and the end result is equally very impressive. After thorough consideration we decided to go with brick-to-brick installation, it was recommended to us by a sales person who was never too pushy and also installer confirmed that our wood frames just were not up to the task. We also wanted special laminated glass for extra security and noise suppression, apparently this is something new that the manufacturer of our windows recently introduced to the market. We were quite pleased with installer's professionalism, how the windows were installed and how they vacuumed around the windows after installation was done. It took them (two installers) two days to do all the windows and one sliding patio door in our house. The inside finish is in wood because we wanted to keep our old wood shutters and installers had to custom cut wood trim around most of our windows. Workmanship was efficient and precise and the end result is as if the old shutters were custom made for our new windows. We notice our new windows to suppress the outside noise much better than the old ones did, the operation is so smooth, we had casement windows done in the front of the house and the others are sliders. We are looking forward to the hot summer because all our windows come with a special coating and gas between glass and we expect our air conditioner to work less. We have no hesitation in recommending the entire team from Ambia to anybody who is looking to put new windows in their house.

I was fortunate to know Tony and to recommend me the exact windows suitable for my home and location.From the finished appearence that we are complimented by anyone who see the finished product.We chose the Heritage series complete with trims,and of the TRIPANE models.We in the household we feel a sense of comfort,safety and security never felt before,and if I had known before I would Have replaced all my windows and doors long ago.Energy efficiency has been improved five folds,and I am comparing this to the builder`s specials that came with the house.Again with the combination of AMBIA Windows and Window city windows, I cannot think of a better team for window replacement.

We had all the windows in the house replaced "brick to brick" and this was the best investment for the money. When the outside temperature was 40 degrees Farenheit, the inside was 68 degrees without the furnace being on. The savings on the gas bill was tremendously low compared to previous years when we always had the thermostat set at 68 degrees farenheit in the day and 67F in the nights. We have also noticed that the gas furnace does not run as often as before. Thanks Tony for all your advice!
