Carpet installation
After looking over the numerous positive reviews on HomeStars, I decided to contact Mark about my carpet installation project back. I needed to have carpet installed on two flights of stairs, most of the second floor (4 bedrooms, a hallway and multiple closets) and a couple of rooms on the main floor. Right from the start I knew I was in good hands. During the in-home shopping/estimate session, he was friendly, informative about possible trouble spots and money saving tips. About a day or two later, the carpet installation dates were booked for the following week. On the first installation day, Erdem and his crew arrived early and went to work immediately. Unfortunately the carpet itself was found to have manufacturer defects, an issue that was out of their control. They quickly pointed the issue out to me. I was really impressed with their honesty and the pride that they have in their work. Mark was called in to help with the situation. He apologized profusely and we quickly worked out a solution. Later that day, new carpeting was brought in and the work continued into the next day. After the installation was completed, the crew thoroughly cleaned up after themselves. Mark then followed up to ensure that I was happy with the installation. In short, if you have an upcoming carpet project, you should consider hiring Victorious Carpet. They really do excellent work at a fair price. They answer any questions that you have, are honest and work hard to ensure that you're happy at the end of the day. Mark was extremely professional and friendly from start to finish. Had a great experience during the quote where he explained all my options and price-points. Carpet Stair Runners
I had carpet runners installed on 4 staircases. Mark and his team are second to none! From the initial consultation to pick the carpet style and colours to the meticulous installation, I could not be happier! They were friendly and professional and the carpet is perfect! They also cleaned up after installation and didn’t leave one speck of dust! If you’re looking for carpeting, look no further!

Carpet repair
Mark was awesome! He was punctual and professional and repaired my carpet perfectly!!! I would highly recommend him and his company to anyone in need of carpet sales, installation or repair.

Carpet repair
I called Victorious Carpet Installation this week to see if they could stretch out a large wrinkle in a bedroom carpet. Mark came to access the work and his crew was able to come right away and fix the carpet. I was very pleased with the result as it is an old carpet and it looks great now.

Replaced carpet in bedroom
Great job very professional team on time and working fast. Purchased the carpet from them is very nice quality and the team came to measure the room and provided a detailed estimate with different options of carpets. No hidden cost or surprises after job. They also disposed of old carpet and debris. They did not break baseboards and installed with good padding to protect from noise and humidity. Looks great as in picture. Very satisfied with this project and would recommend to any friend. Thank you!

Mark and his team were very professional and responsive in completing to the repairs of our carpet on our stairs. I called Mark. He scheduled the work and it was completed within 24 hours. Very well done for a fair price.

Carpet removal/installation
Dealing with Victorious Carpet was incredibly fast, easy, and pleasant. Mark was quick to reply, provide a great range of options, and had an install date available almost right away. The work was done quickly and professionally and we're very happy with the final product. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them!

Stair case and hallway carpeting in a century home plus fixing and stretching 14 year old basement carpet
This company and this team is PHENOMENAL. Mark was professional, prompt and pleasant to deal with. He visited my home to go over the carpeting options and helped me decide the best course of action to deal with re-carpeting the rickety staircase in my century home. We had a very tight deadline to complete the project and he was able to rush the carpet order and complete the job earlier than we had hoped. His team was also able to fix/re-stretch 14 year old buckled carpet in my basement and repair stairs damaged by pets. The carpet looks like new! I have had carpet installed in several properties and this was BY FAR the best experience with the best results.
