Carpenting one set of stairs
We called Mark on Tuesday to get an estimate to carpet our staircase. He replied promptly and was able to provide us with a few different options. Really appreciated his professionalism, patience and us not being rushed to make a decision. We chose the middle quality of the options provided as we were happy to change the carpet in 10 years or so. Mark took his time by explaining the process and also provided all the answers to the many questions my wife and I had. On Saturday, the day of installation, installers arrived on time, were very polite and efficient and the job was completed as promised. Overall, we're very happy with the results and will definitely refer to Victorious Flooring to family and friends. Thank you Mark and to the team!

Damage broadloom from film shoot
Had a film crew in and they damaged some broadloom. Mark was able grab some patches from an unseen closet area and repair the affected areas flawlessly. Very knowledgable and explained the process thoroughly . Thank you Mark for your professionalism.

Stellar service from Mark and his team
Can't say enough about Mark and his team!! From my initial request for a quote to the finished job and subsequent follow up to ensure that we were satisfied with the work that was done, everything was exceptional. Mark responded to my request within minutes of sending it via e-mail through the website and communicated with us throughout the process. Far too often, people either delay responding to requests or don't respond at all. We were impressed with the turnaround time and quality of work. Would absolutely recommend Victorious Carpet and Repair and look to them again for any future needs.

Carpet Runner in our Condo
Mark and his team were incredible to work with. We have a 14-year-old dog who is having trouble on the hardwood and we've wanted to install a runner on our condo stairs for years now. I'm so pleased with the final outcome! We decided to go with Mark after all the positive reviews on here and I'm incredibly glad that I did. Getting a quote, site visit, and final installation was beyond easy. They'll be the first call I make when we look to carpet our bedroom floor. Thanks again, Mark + team!

Replace old carpet with new
From the start, Mark presented himself as both warm and professional. He laid out several options for and their pros/cons, chatted about our families, and made it easy to make a decision. He provided a plethora of advice on how to prepare the areas being carpeted to get the best results and was both prompt and kind with me on all my follow up questions. His scheduling process and prep e-mail are highly professional. Finally, his technicians are top notch and did the job efficiently and as you can see in the results, without flaws. It would be a privilege to work with Mark and his team again!

Excellent Workmanship - Excellent Client Experience
The service from Mark and his team was simply excellent. I sent Mark an email for carpet buckling repairs; he responded the next day, visited the same week, and had the repairs done the week after. The three men who came were very knowledgeable, friendly, and did a terrific job. Victorious Flooring will now be the only company I go to when I want to purchase new flooring or flooring repairs. They simply excellent at client experience and workmanship.

Excellent carpet repair service
Within minutes I inquired Home Star for carpet repair, Mark replied to me. He asked a few basic questions and then I emailed the damage. He called me with 2 options: either repair or replace the entire carpet. I opted for the repair as I was lucky enough to save some unused leftover carpet from the builder. Mark arranged the technicians to come and everything was taken care within half an hour. The repair quality was amazing. I did not even see the difference in the pattern although I can still see the color difference between the unused portion and the 7 year old carpet. Mark also followed up with phone call and emails to ensure that I'm 100% satisfied. I highly recommend their service and honest opinion. Will definitely hire Mark again if I need carpet service.

Sudden water damage demands immediate work
Mark was wonderful Came to us on very short notice due to a basement flood and had installer come in a few days later. We were very happy with the installers and Mark amd the quality of the carpet. Excellent service all around!

Home Carpet Repairs
Mark and his team made the process very easy. With just a quick call they came out the same day. Repaired to two pulls in our carpet by using extra carpeting we had on hand. As we plan on putting our home on the market we needed it to look its best.
