Carpet installation
Mark was very accommodating! We took all his suggestion and we love the outcome! They were in and out and left the place clean! The new carpet feels and looks fantastic. Feeling Victorious :)

Install carpet
Ramsey and Zak did an awesome job of removing old carpets and under padding and installing new. They went above and beyond fixing a very squeaky floor by screwing down the subfloor as should have been done by the builder. Both men were professional and cleaned up at the end of the day. If if wasn't for the fact my floors look so much better (and minus the squeaks) you wouldn't know they had been in the house. They estimated it would take a day and a half but they extended their day so they could complete it in one which was very much appreciated. I highly recommend these two men.

Carpet repair - Great service!
We needed the carpet repaired due to a damage that was caused by our previous tenants cat. Mark was able to fit us in before the new tenant was moving in. The repair looks better then expected, the technicians arrived on time and the work was performed less than an hour. Very happy with the result and would definitely call them in the future.

Keeping them in mind for the future
Although we ended up deciding on a different product rather than carpeting, we are definitely keeping Mark and Victorious Carpet Installation in mind for future carpeting needs. Mark went beyond the call to provide us with a very detailed estimate for our basement repair to install carpeting or flooring to replace the damaged floor due to flooding. He provided us with a very reasonable quote for the work. He is professional and knowledgeable about his products and installation, and he knows how to make sure insurance companies are properly refunding clients for the work needed in case of flood damage. We deeply appreciated Mark's expertise and honest advice.

I was preparing to install luxury vinyl plank and the manufacturer technician was unfamiliar with an underlayment moisture barrier product (delta-fl) that I had installed as part of the underlayment system. Before installing the final product I needed assurance that my preparation methods were sound and that the products would be compatibile. I took to the internet to find an answer to my questions and I very luckily stumbled across Victorious Flooring and Mark Aydin. Mark had commented on the very same topic I was trying to gain information about. I sent him a text (after business hours) and he responded instantly. He offered to speak to me on the phone and picked up my call immediately. This guy really knows flooring and has seen it all. Thank you Mark very much for giving me the peace of mind to proceed with my installation and offering the helpful tips! I can't thank you enough!!!

Basement bedrooms carpet installation
The project consisted of installing carpet in 2 downstairs bedrooms. There was a unique problem though as there was a broken hallway floor tile just outside of one of the bedroom doors. I was unable to repair or replace the broken tile and needed a solution to the issue. Victorious Carpet was able to extend the carpet and utilize a transition piece to hide the broken tile, and matched both rooms for appearance sake. The carpet install was perfect and the service courteous, reasonably priced and done in a timely manner. Would highly recommend this company!!
