Thank You Danielle. As I have three little kids so I know how hard it is to keep things clean. I'm sorry I don't do laundry...:) It's amazing how many things we can remove from windows. Not everything comes off of course, but hard water stains, crayons, tape and many things can come off the windows!

Thank You Trisha. I appreciate the kind words. We do have a number of clients like you. Commercial stores that have us clean the windows, biweekly, monthly or seasonally. We still clean your windows, as a year has passed. And we continue to clean your windows every month.

Hi Utella, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review for us. I'm glad our price was fair and you found our service punctal and professional. However I am concerned that your experience with our window cleaning was not greater than what you can do yourself. That is rarely the case, our customers usually are amazed with the results of our work finding the results at times almost magical. Of course not magical but they are very impressed. Its too late now to look back at our work and do any touchups that might be needed. That is because the work was done 4 months ago and by now many of the windows are dirty due to getting naturally dirty over time. If you decide to use us again, I would be happy to address any concerns you have. We always do a walk through with our customers to make sure they are completely happy, which I'm sure we likely did with you. In any case as we walk through the house we can make sure that all the windows are up to our high standards. I would also be willing to give you a discount next time on our work. Thanks Mike Polsky

Hi Tony, Thanks for taking the time to leave a review and give us a 7 out of 10 rating. I'm sorry you were disappointed with our window cleaning. To be honest we were disappointed that there was a few windows that were not fully cleaned. We came back within 2 days to fix several windows that weren't done to our standards. We apologize, it is rare for us to have call backs on our work but occasionally we mess up like everyone. In those rare cases we try to come back within a few days to do any touchups or mistakes. The problem with your house is that for some reason many of the windows have hard water stains on them. That is stains caused by runoff from metal or concrete or hard water stains from someone hosing their windows, or having a pool nearby or having a sprinkler system that also wets the windows regularly. The calcium in the tap water eventually coats the glass with hard water stains. white or blue stains that make the windows look dirty. Many of your windows have hard water stains. We tried removing it with some success with steel wool and a scraper. However it did not all come off, leaving some windows looking not as clean as they should. To fully remove hard water stains is another job in and of itself. Often a chemical or a product is used with a lot of labor to remove these stains. Your windows still have these stains and to remove it fully a hard water removal stain removal would be needed. Part of our coming back was to attempt to remove the hard water stains from several windows. Pricing is one of those subjective things. For any good or service some people will think it is cheap, others will think it is expensive. Window cleaning is the same. Your house is a large three story house freestanding estate home. There are many windows which took the two of us a full day to clean. The pricing was based on the large window count and the labour involved. Many people compare our price to others who come by who do not have insurance, WSIB, pay taxes, or run a legitimate business. Those comparisons are of course false. Why do we charge more than others? We have great reviews as attested by this Homestar page and other review pages. We have won the Readers Choice Award for 2014 as awarded by Clarington This Week. And we have been running a sucessful small business, hiring 2 people full time and have been in business since 2008. We have cleaned windows under a different name since 2002. I again apologize for having to come back to make a few touchups, but I'm glad we were able to fix it within 2 days. Thanks for leaving the review.
