Dave teare is a great sales rep who made sure that we got exactly what we wanted; from customizing our new windows to allow for our existing shutters to using premium caulking. The staff are highly trained professionals who had an interest in making us satisfied. Overall a great job with great friendly service. We gladly would recommend this company.

I Needed all of my windows replaced including the frames. T Windows was amazing from the response time to the execution of the work. They took on a challenging project with my Bay window and executed it beautifully. They were thorough, they followed up in a timely manner and they did a great job! I love my windows. I would definitely recommend this company. David the sales rep was such a book of knowledge. Peter the owner and his crew was excellent in dealing with the follow up. Highly appreciative of their overall care in their workmanship.

Some day I needed to change my windows.So I start all the process of consultation with different companies of the ruble, but always the deal fail for the final price or for the time it took to do the job. One fine day I notice my neighbor's front is changing their windows and I asked him about the company that was doing the installation and told me it was "Custom Window" I asked all about how was satisfied with the work.He speak only good things about them. Then gave me a Peter's bussiness card.Of course I call immediately answered the phone by Peter himself.After a while we arrived at a great deal to me ... and now my house looks more beautiful than ever with its brand new windows.I'm very grateful to all the guys of Custom Window.I recommend Thanks

In June 2014 I discovered an installation problem from the install of June 2013. I was happy with the product and price. Over one full month it took 3 calls and an email followed by a poor review on Homestars to get a response. A repair appointment is now booked,

During the process of obtaining many quotes, Danny's service, competitive prices and attention to detail stood out and I hired Custom window designs. I replaced 16 windows of various sizes on 2 floors and the installation was on the date promised, the installers did an impeccable job installing and finishing in 2 days and left the place spotless inside and out. I couldn't be happier and I highly recommend them without hesitation. I've received many compliments from neighbours on the quality of work and how great the windows look.

Peter came to our rescue. Our house was broken into the night before the last major snow storm we had. He came to our home during the storm to secure the door. He helped us to choose a door. Once the door arrived, they came immediately to install it. Great service and great, quality product. Thank you!

In May 2012, I contracted for Peter and Custom Window to replace my Kitchen Bay Window based on my previous positive experiences with this company. And again, I was not disappointed. The bay window replacement went smoothly with every attention given to the minor detail and as usual, you couldn't even tell that I had contractors on site....the clean up was great. They even made a minor improvement to one of their previous installations upon my request. Looking forward to working with Peter and the crew again for the remainder of my window replacements in 2013.

We had 8 Retro fit windows installed they look like they have always been part of our 1960 built home. What a difference in the house, I have turned down my heat, and taken down my window blinds so I can enjoy our windows. They provided exactly what they promised, on time, on budget, even gave us a tour of the factory. Peter also gave me a price to fix our poorly finished front door, its perfect now. Upon the recommendation of a friend (and after doing a lot of research with other companies) we met with Danny from Custom Window Designs Ltd. who was very informative and offered several suggestions and options that we had not considered. We decided to hire them to do the job which entailed replacing over 30 windows in our 20 year old home in Ancaster. Best move we could have made! Not only were Peter and his crew very friendly, they were true professionals in every way. They took pride in the product they produced, the installers were prompt, worked quickly and efficiently, cleaned up after themselves and made us feel that they had gone out of their way to make us happy. We have received many compliments on our new windows and are very pleased with them. We would highly recommend Peter and his crew to anyone looking for a top quality product at competitive prices.
