I had been referred by a friend to try this company. I had a few other referrals from other friends as well. This was the first company I called. I spoke with Peter, he was very nice and understanding of my timeline I needed it done before my sons wedding. Within 3 days I had my windows measured and a quote. This was faster then all of the other companies I reached out too. Peter came and sat with me to go over the quote in complete so I was not confused or if I had any questions. The service was amazing. There price was the best out of all the others. I choose Custom Window Designs. There crew came and left a very clean job site and finished the job quick, it was done very well. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

Peter and his people provided excellent value and service. Always on time and cleaned up well. The job entailed brick work and the work was done so well it is hard to tell that the brick had been changed. We feel that we received good qulaity product and the work was performed as promissed.

I had the pleasure of working with Peter, Steve and the crew when I shopped long and hard for the perfect fit to have an excellent group of people to work on my house to replace my front door, sliding glass door, window and new siding. I had Peter and Steve come to the rescue beyond what words could describe. Not only were they very patient with me, but they were always informative and ready to help keep the project within my budget. They exceeded my expectations and made my house a home with the touches they added. I would absolutely recommend them. Custom Window Designs came to us as a subcontractor to Duguay's Works. We decided to use them to replace all of our windows, install some siding, and install a new screen door. Their price quote was competitive and the work was done quickly and neatly. There was no damage to walls, the windows look good, and we have noticed quite an improvement - no drafts, quieter inside, and generally, the house is warmer. If I had any windows left to replace, I would use this company without hesitation. I highly recommend them.

Last year I had Peter and the crew at Customer Window replace my patio door (see previous review). Based on the excellent job completed, there was no one else that I would consider for replacing the bay window in my master bedroom. Another excellent job!!. The job was a bit of a challenge due to a much larger amount of rotten wood around the frame than expected. The installation crew removed the window, replaced all of the rotten wood, added more insulation, installed and framed the window and also capped all of the outside bay, capping, skirt, top and freeze board with aluminum. When replacing the rotten wood, some of the dry wall was damaged which was also removed and replaced. The clean up of the job was impeccable. The window inside and out looks great. And there are no more drafts!! Thanks Peter and the crew for another great job. See you next year for the next window replacement.

I contracted to purchase 7 new upstairs windows for our house. One needed to be done on a rush basis. Peter was able to rush the window & it was installed in 3 weeks. The remaining windows were installed in early January. The installation crew was very good. They spend one day inside installing and finishing the trim. When we got home in the afternoon, they were done for the day and gone. The house was immaculate, you couldn't tell anyone had just ripped out and replaced 6 rotten windows. The next day they caulked and completed outside each window, and replaced some fascia beside the windows that was in bad shape. Again, the clean up was excellent. The windows really have made a huge difference already, and they look really good. I would recommend Peter and Custom Windows to anybody looking for quality windows and installation.

Peter provided an estimate that was very competitive with the market and provided several options for patio sliding doors. Before the final contract signing, I visited their location and met with one of the other owners and was provided with a tour of the showroom and a view of the window/door manufacturing facility. I was also provided support if I wanted to conduct an Energy Star audit on my home. After meeting with several other companies, I chose to go with Peter and Custom Window for my patio sliding door. Delivery was expected in approximately 4 weeks. True to their word, I was contacted about 4 weeks of the contract signing and several days in advance of the installation process. Peter's crew were very professional, efficient and detail/quality oriented; it was like they were installing the doors in their own homes. The crew also cleaned up the work area. The patio doors were quality manufactured and look great! Due to budgetary reasons, I am only able conduct one renovation at a time which Custom Window did not have an issue with (several other companies I contacted wanted to complete more than one type of renovation at one time ie. patio doors and all windows at one time). I look forward to working with Peter and the crew again for the replacement of two bay windows in the coming year.

Peter at Custom Window Designs provided excellent advice in choosing the proper windows for my 80 yr old Tudor style home. His pricing was competitive and more importantly he delivered on time. His installers also get top marks.

After interviewing so many, we chose this company over 7 other companies. Their windows are well-built and beautiful. The installation was excellent and very professional - on time and clean. Most of all, owners Peter and Steve, were with us all the way, always reachable by phone, which is essential when renovating. There's no better company out there for windows and doors!

We had Custom Window replace all the main floor and 2nd floor windows in our house, along with a new front door and patio door. The new windows and doors are great (and just in time too)! The installers got all the work done in two days in some challenging weather. They were professional and courteous and made sure our place was as clean as when they arrived.
