We had been itching to update the look of our exterior doors since we moved into our house and we finally decided to move forward. We choose What a Pane based on all the positive reviews and are pleased to say that they lived up to their expectations.
Barry was wonderful to work with. He was patient and allowed us the time we needed to make up our minds on the design and was happy to work with us to create something that, in our opinion, is a stunning transformation. I was extremely impressed at how we were able to completely customize our insert if we so chose- we were able to dictate the dimensions, glass types, and even modify the design itself. Barry was extremely helpful in offering ideas and suggestions and successfully realized our vision.
His prices were very reasonable. For what I paid I received two custom door inserts and two exterior lock sets. I called around and some vendors were much more. I found him to be fair, honest and reliable- he always answered his phone and emails quickly and showed up when he said he would.
