I recently had some work done by synergy and was extremely impressed with the quality and customer service my family and I received. Mike was extremely professional when he came to visit my home and I was confident I picked the right company. Jody, Jerry and Tom were my install crew and couldn't have been happier with these guys. Great work, very efficient and extremely respectful of my home and neighbours homes while completing the job. I have had several compliments on the design and layout Jody and his team installed. I will be doing more work synergy in the future and have recommended them to all of my family and friends. Great job and well done guys! ****Update----Although the first experience was great and they did a great job, I have been trying to get someone back here to fix a problem and its been an uphill battle. I am not an unreasonable person, however I have been trying since mid July to get a day and time just to take a look at the situation.

I have been getting quotes for my front walkway for three years. Joe from synergy came and listened to what we wanted. Jody, Jerry and Thomas came and did an amazing job and gave me the confidence that we had made the right job. The end product was better then we had expected. They were not the cheapest nor were they the most expensive, but they were the best value for the job.

I contacted Joe, who promptly came..looked over our property and gave us an estimate. It was a decision between Synergy and another company, but Joe's professional and welcoming manner won us over. Jody, Jerry and Tom did an amazing professional job on the interlocking all in one day, cleaned up and left. The project is almost done and it already makes the property look so much better. Thanks

I contacted Mike in the Spring of 2013 to get a quote for my front walkway. Prior to this I had several other companies provide me with quotes which had left pretty bad impressions on me. These impressions ranged from really poor customer service to highly inflated costs from company to company. It was frustrating to say the least. My experience with Synergy was very different. Mike was very professional and punctual in all our meetings and through several consultations with my wife and I a sketch and a quote was agreed upon. The quote that was given was extremely competitive to what other companies had given us. He had a large binder with previous work that was done by Synergy and we were impressed at the craftsmanship that we saw. Throughout the process whenever I would call Mike with questions he was always prompt in returning phone calls and emails. A date was given to us for when the work would start and true to his word the work started on this date. The job was completed by Sterling and his crew. The guys did an amazing job and the work was completed within the allotted time that we were told in our quote which was about 4 days. At one point the plans had to change slightly due to the grading of my lot. Prior to starting these changes, Sterling went over them and explained them to me so that there were no surprises. It has been a year since the job has been completed and despite the freezing winter that we had all of the stones are still rock solid in the ground. I have friends that have had problems with their stones lifting as the ground freezes, however ours still look just like they did when they were installed. All in all I have nothing but great things to say about Synergy, Mike, Sterling and the rest of the crew. Great job guys and I will continue to refer my friends and family to your company. Steve

In September of 2013 I had the pleasure of having synergy contracting work at my home. I had Kevin from synergy who created an amazing design with my front entrance, side walkway and patio. I have recommended this company to family and friends and will keep on recommending this company. I can't wait to enjoy my patio this summer with family and friends. Michael showed up to my home, on time as scheduled, listened to my landscape design requests, and within a few days, provided me with a design drawing of my entire property. The work provided was extensive and included removal and replacement of grass, planting of trees, extensive grading and a beautiful large patio, the work was completed with professionalism and ahead of schedule at an extremely reasonable price. Synergy Contracting completed a Interlocking/landscaping project for me in the Spring of 2013. I live in the city of Mississauga. The digging crew came within the two week time period they promised to me which I really appreciated! The company went above and beyond my expectations; creating a beautiful walkway which circled the property of my home including; A backyard patio which we have enjoyed with family and friends. I chose Synergy Contracting in July 2012 to update my backyard, including a brand new patio and some minor landscaping as well. After having a free estimate with salesman Chris, he sold us on the job after offering helpful suggestions and giving his honest opinion of what he thought would look best in our backyard and how to design our patio. He was very courteous and trustworthy. Synergy Contracting uses premium quality stone and the crew completed the project in a timely fashion, on schedule and on budget. The crew was very polite, worked extremely hard and made helpful suggestions that we didn't think of with regards to the patio design. The crew always showed up on time and always cleaned up after each day's work. Once the project was completed, my backyard was completely transformed into a stunning and spacious extension of my house and living space. I always receive compliments on my patio and am so happy that I chose Synergy Contracting Inc. to complete the job! I would definitely recommend Synergy Contracting!
