    Pool Renovation

    Danny was the lead on this project. Sterling installed the job. Synergy as a team were great. 3rd time hiring and I will hire again. Timlines met and work accomplished beyond our expectations. Danny was his usual self and did a great job, Sterling and his team are true professional. D.

    Patio

    July 30: After the initial negative review things got moving. Prompt communication from our rep and the issues were repaired quickly. In the end the job was well done & patio looks great. However, all the issues with commuication I listed below - unanswered emails, phone calls & no one answering the office line - leads me to a 7 out of 10. 5 stars for overall satisfaction with how the finished product looks, but only 2 stars for recommendations since the communication issues were frustrating. July 24: received feedback after posting the review so Homestars works. Hopefully this is the start of a solution. July 24: Patio, walkway & sod installed in 2018. It was installed late and communication during the job was very poor. They didn't order enough topsoil at the time this lead to sod baking in the sun, but they did leave extra sod for me. Errors in the execevation took many weeks and phone calls to correct. At the time I was so dissatisfied that I refused to write them a review on Homestars as I told them it would not be positive. Now in 2019 we need repairs but no one answers the main phone, voicemail is full so messages can not be left, emails unanswered & website contact email does not function. Our rep is not responding other than some simple texts 2 weeks ago, then nothing. Hopefully this poor review gets someone's attention as the patio is well within the 24 month warranty.

    Front Walkway and Driveway

    Just wanted to say a huge thank you to Synergy Contracting Inc. We hired this company to redo our front walk and driveway. The Project Manager, Kevin, was absolutely amazing to work with. Right from the first meeting in sharing our vision and ideas, Kevin was an excellent listener and made sure to revisit any changes we made to the original plan. His attention to detail with the project layout made it very easy to visualize what the changes would look like. He is meticulous in ‘getting it right’. Kevin’s excellent communication skills and easy going manner made us feel very comfortable throughout the entire project. All of the subcontractors that were associated with Synergy were extremely capable and professional. And project completion was a week ahead of our desired timeline!!! We have had very positive feedback from our neighbours and visitors in how this has greatly improved our curb appeal but more importantly, spending time and enjoying our new space. Jim and I would have no hesitation at all at recommending Synergy with special mention to Kevin. Thank you for the great team effort Synergy!!

    Hardscaping Project

    Synergy Contracting Inc. has been an absolute delight to deal with from start to finish. Their premier sales rep Kevin was very attentive and easy to get a hold of if and when you have any questions. It is very clear that he wants to provide the customer with the best possible end product, and that is apparent with Synergies workmanship. Both their excavation crew foreman and stone installer (Sterling) were very approachable and polite. They paid extreme attention to detail for all of the work that was executed. I would highly recommend this contractor to any of my family and friends. Thank you for the great job!

    Fast and Trusted

    Like me, you're probably reading through reviews because you know you don't want to go with the cheapest option but don't know if the reasonable option is worth it... Well, these guys are. Synergy has worked on at least 4 houses in our immediate neighbourhood, ranging from 3 years ago to as recently as a month ago (mine). We had a general idea of what we wanted (basic driveway widening) and it was nice to see how our neighbours' jobs have held up these past few years. The crews aren't the most polished individuals but let's be frank, you're looking for people who are trustworthy, know what they're doing and can get it done quickly and correctly. Even when it came to the few mistakes that were made, the crews quickly reworked, removed or repaired whatever it was that needed to be done to make it right. I don't have a lot of money to throw around... yet I want my houses to look upscale... and that's precisely why I'm keeping these guys on my contact list for any future work we need done.

    Patio and walkway leading to the front driveway

    We were referred from a friend and started the process with a visit from the sales agent Danny who is very knowledgeable and professional . Everything went well , they seemed to be able to meet all our objectives. Sterling the project lead has a great team, who worked very hard on completing the job on time. We love our new patio and trust the craftsmanship will last for the life of our property! We already have our budget set on completing the front driveway and front steps for the 2020 season with Synergy Contracting! Thanks again guys!

    Driveway and Front Steps

    Synergy did a beautiful job designing our driveway and steps. The finished product was far better than a previous contractor who installed interlock for our backyard patio, and the price per sq foot was almost identical. After the winter there is some minor repair work to be done, which is normal in Canada. Synergy is coming to look at the driveway, and promised to repair it a timely manner. Once the repair work has been performed, this review will increase to a 10/10. Pics to come :)

    Installed paving stones in our backyard and front walkway, hardscape, replacing old cement

    Synergy Contracting put in a back patio, along with a side walkway, which wrapped around to the front steps. The colour patterns really matched well with my house. I had thought the removal of the old concrete would be challenging, but they had the right machinery for the job! They were fantastic from start to finish. The salesman Mike worked with out budget to get us something we would love. The digging crew and installation team came right on the scheduled date written on our contract. We're completely satisfied. Would definitely recommend.

    Interlocking Front of the house

    tailored service received from KEVIN and STERLING team. we are very pleased with the work this team have delivered. Very friendly and professional. We had a vision and Kevin made it come to live with his amazing detailed sketch. Sterling and his team made it come to live. We feel that we were heard throughout the process, which didn't take only couple days done. As they left our front looks more alive. The kids love playing there now more than any other spot.

    Driveway Extension, Walkway, Porch

    Danny was the first person I spoke with when I was researching interlock options for my driveway. Thereafter, I met with several others and prices being relatively comparable, I found myself comparing everyone back to the advice which Danny had provided. Specifically he: 1. Really LISTENED to my concerns 2. Provided me with SPECIFIC RECOMMENDATIONS to address them 3. Suggested DESIGNS and STONES from his EXPERIENCE and PATIENTLY showed me other work in the neighbourhood so I could see what I was going to get 4. Packaged OPTIONS separately so I could decide what best suited my needs 5. Did not oversell or use pressure tactics but instead established a RAPPORT which enabled me to feel more comfortable in the decision to go with Synergy Everyone else I talked to gave me varying degrees of the above but ultimately the DIFFERENTIATOR for me was the value-added advice and solutions presented to me by Danny which gave me confidence in both him and the Synergy team to deliver. My neighbours have all commented on the beautiful work which Marcus and his crew did effectively and efficiently in bringing Danny’s vision to life for me ... thanks guys, job well done!!
