Post almost 2 years after our installation this is an update to my review. We had our pavers done all around our house. We were happy that Synergy accepted our project so late in the year during a busy time. Once completed we were very satisfied with the results. The crew worked very hard to get this done for us on time and they did. When it rains the water flows away from the house just like its suppose to. The leveling of the pavers was perfect. In the winter no issues shovelling snow. We used pavers from Permacon, charlston model which have a life time warranty. We are currently having some issues with efflorecense stains on the pavers that have not gone away, Permacon has been notified. When you order stone these stains are very common and cleaners can be used to help the problem before staining them. I am have Contacted Danny who helped us create our project to fix some minor repairs that where required during our 2 year warrenty period. Unleveling of the upper drivway repaired and edge restraints installed. The repairs where done quickly and before winter, which again was greatly appreciated. The only reason why this is a 7 is because i feel greater care could have been taken during the repair and instalation, some stones where very minorly damaged and only noticable by me. This is common when stones are removed and placed again. Im also dealing with efflorecense which is not the installers problem but permacon product issue. I wish we had ordered more stones so that bad stones would have been easily replaced. Unfortunatly there was only so much they could do. 3/5 even though the installers where amazing there was some minor mistakes which where replaced and repaired during warrenty . the cement work was satisfactory. A smother transition with less errors would have made this a 4/5. But im really happy they came and fixed things up. The company is very good, initial work is great and they will fix anything during istalation to make the job perfect for you. they are very clean and never left a big mess. 4/5 We are extreamly happy with our new living space and have hosted many parties. We are spending much more time outside now with our new BBQ Station and Hot tub. Thank you Danny for all your help and thank you to your workers for creating our dream outdoor living space. Danny was my sales interface. He worked out a plan and cost fairly quickly. Job was declined by many other contractors but Synergy had the right tools and staff to tackle it all. They finished just as the project was planned with some damages to the driveway(expected). Completely transformed a grassless and difficult place to maintain into a dream space for the whole family. Overall excellent work.

We had the pleasure of dealing with Kevin and the Synergy team this past summer. They were recommended to us by three separate sources. They did not disappoint! They were completely professional, extremely detail oriented, and very accommodating to our every request. From the tear out crew, to the interlockers and the landscaping team they met our every need in a timely fashion. We had very specific needs for our front step in order to accommodate an elderly person with a walker. Also our front pathway required multiple cuts due to the curvature of the walkway. We would highly recommend this company for any outdoor project, and would not hesitate to contact them again.

Mike and his crew did an amazing job on our driveway. They were very professional and went above and beyond with their work. The job was done in a timely manner and everyone was very friendly and hardworking. You can tell they are serious about doing a good job! I have already gotten many compliments on the new driveway and I would definitely reccommend them to my family and friends!

My wife and I looked for a few weeks for an interlocking company that was flexible in fitting our work in before the summer. We looked at a lot of places and then met with Mike from Synergy - not only was Mike's pricing better but his mobile office was extremely impressive so he was able to print out design plans after only a few minutes, as well as show us samples of stones we were looking at...his patio design and ideas of color matching was much appreciated, and we booked our work with him that evening. We had a small patio originally due to some cedars that closed off the backyard from the patio/house which we wanted to keep but have them moved to a different location...Mike and his guys took care of it the first day on site - we were informed they probably won't survive but they are still going strong and have added a nice bit of privacy to our yard. When the patio was started, weather caused some delays but Mike was helpful in ensuring us things would be completed by the time we had asked and it was. Our patio is amazing and we have been entertaining out there with family/friends as soon as the work was completed. Mike and his crew were very professional, available for questions and left us with a patio we spend all our time on now! Thank you Mike, the guys, and Synergy for all the work!!!

Synergy did a good job with the completed work but getting there was like pulling teeth?! After approving the quoted work, our patio wasn't started for over 4-5 weeks later (told 2-3 weeks). When we'd call Mike it took him some time to get back to us and more time was always added. After getting the patio prepped it took another 2-3 weeks to get them back in to lay the patio stones that had been taking up room in our driveway a day after they completed the prep work - again the same delays and difficulty reaching anyone continued. Once the patio was completed, our backyard was left a mess - damaged and dirt covered grass cost another few hundred dollars to fix myself to make it look acceptable. Neither Mike or Synergy followed up to make sure we were satisfied with their work - once the workers finished they asked for their money and that was that. Reading other reviews showed they followed up and honored any issues found with repairs but not our job. I am happy with the actual work completed but disappointed in the customer satisfaction or communication during this work.

Was very impressed with the final result and the amount of work that went into the project, including old concrete removal, site preparation and actual installation. All teams and the manager (Danny) were highly professional in all aspects and delivered what was agreed on, sometime going above and beyond to address all needs without jacking up the price. Will highly recommend this company to everyone.

The guys at Synergy contracting Inc did a great job on our patio. After 1 year we had some issues with the interlock and Danny and Phil took care of them. What a great service from this highly recommended interlock company.

We are thrilled with our patio that Danny and synergy put together for us. Based on our vision, Danny right away knew a design that would work and we couldn't be happier. The service was friendly, professional, and timely. Would definitely recommend!!
