Full kitchen renovation
We completely renovated our 25 year-old kitchen - floor, cabinets, countertops, lighting, and appliances. Modus installed our IKEA kitchen, as well as organizing all of the other work including demolition, tiling, electrical and plumbing. They finished on schedule and on budget and the quality of their work was fantastic. We were very happy with them.

Kitchen Rennovation
Modus was suggested to us by Ikea. We installed Quartz counter tops and a new sink. Their was a delay in arrival of the product but once the product was here work was done quickly. A new sink was also placed and we had to call them as it was a little loose. They responded immediately and fixed the problem next day.

Assembled and installed kitchen cupboards
I had Modus assemble and install my kitchen cupboards. They were fantastic, I couldn't have wished for more. They were professional, they knew what they were doing, and I've never seen such speed. I would definitely recommend them.

Partial bathroom reno and kitchen work
I had them do a partial bathroom reno and a bit of work on my kitchen. I found them really efficient. They basically were in my place from Monday 'til Thursday. Everything went like clockwork. I had a couple little problems and told them about them and they fixed it right away. They did a partial gut in my bathroom, installed tiles, a vanity, and modified some cabinets in the kitchen, and they were very good.

Kitchen remodel
Modus installed a kitchen from Ikea for us. They were absolutely excellent, fantastic. The crew that came to put it together was absolutely great. They were knowledgeable, quick, efficient, a joy to have in my home.

kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel
I had Modus Enterprises remodel my 35 year old kitchen about a year ago, and was so satisfied with the work that I got them to do my bathroom months later. It all went down exactly as it was supposed to. There were no excuses, they always came on schedule with there tools ready to work. I'm very pleased with their work, and would definitely recommend them.

I've hired Modus Enterprises on three different occasions. They did my kitchen, my bathrooms, and some further interior work (electrical, painting, closets etc.). The quality of the work is excellent, and they are always on schedule. There were no surprises (cost or schedule-wise) along the way. Approx cost $25K per project.

Kitchen Installation
I am so pleased with Modus and my Ikea kitchen installation. They were professional, fast, and the crew were work-horses. Those guys didn't even take a break! They worked 11 hours straight through and did a fantastic job. I am impressed with their service and knowledge of the product. I highly recommend using Modus to install your kitchen instead of trying to figure it out yourself!

these guys work fast! kitchen done in a day, very clean, well done. Estimate was bang on, My swedish kitchen looks fantastic! the attention to detail around the finsihing pieces is very appreciated

kitchen installation
The team came and did a very professional installation and all in one day. I had an issue with one cupboard and they came back the next day and repaired it. I am extremely satisified
