    Torly Evertile install

    Had a great experience with Speers a year ago...tried them again- disaster. Ordered Torlys Elite tile for kitchen and powered room. Installers could not get the tile to click together properly; so day one was a write off to identify a problem. Got new tile for day two- still not working. Have to try a different tile completely as there was an obvious quality issue with this batch. Going to take 3 days to get new tile in- not sure when an installer can get to it? Sales rep said “honestly, we don’t sell much of the Torlys Elite tile, we should have better luck with the premier”...maybe they should’ve told me that sooner? Anyhow, rep said he would call Friday and let me know when the tile can be installed. No call Friday. No call Saturday. No call Monday. I waited until later in the morning and then I called, he said “I’m just trying to find an installer”. I didn’t expect an apology for the lack of phone calls, but some acknowledgement about the delay would’ve been appropriate I think? Anyhow, I got my deposit back and we are moving on. Bad tile happens, and that’s when your business faces a true test of its capabilities and service standards. I don’t care to read a management response of “we wish the problem with bad tile didn’t happen blah blah blah”, bottom line- it did happen, and every bad thing that happened after the bad tile is on you.

I understand that we promptly refunded you with the deposit you paid us and trust you gave in us again but we could not deliver the replacement flooring in time. I am glad that our Installers Kyle and Jordan acknowledged the flooring was not fitting as tight and as well as we are used to and stopped the project and asked for a new batch. Thank you for pointing out that we did not communicate well with you as to the rescheduling the work and to that we apologize.     Entire Main Floor Hardwood Flooring Install

    Speers Flooring provided amazing advice and service from the start. Vince attended at our home to provide an estimate on the cost of flooring and installation, but also took the time to provide a short education on the best care for the flooring we had selected. Speers Flooring was extremely detail oriented and responsive to all our many inquiries. They made us feel very confident in entrusting our flooring investment with them (entire main floor). They are also agile in being able to make changes on the fly as our renovation progressed. The installers are artists. They arrived early, were neat and tidy, always cleaning up after themselves and being very respectful of our home. Their attention to detail and willingness to answer questions was top notch professional. The installation was flawless and we are extremely pleased with the results. I would absolutely recommend Speers Flooring, and would happily use their services again. Overall, a reasonably stress free experience

    Installation of wood flooring

    For the third time in 25 years we contracted with Speers Flooring for a major component of a renovation of our houses. In each case, the job was done competently, on schedule and with a very high level of workmanship throughout. Their prices are always competitive and I am delighted to recommend their services to anybody undertaking such work.

    Engineered Flooring installment

    Flooring in recreation room was removed and replaced with Engineered Floating wood. The quality of the product was excellent and the installation was done timely and meticulously. The communication with staff was frequent and always positive. I would highly recommend Speers Flooring.

    installation of hardwood floors

    We were very pleased with the product and installation of our hardwood floors from ''Speers Flooring''. It was a difficult job due to all the angles in our home but Jozef, our installer did a fabulous job dealing these issues. It was a pleasure to have him working our home. Jozef worked tirelessly from the time he arrived in the morning until he went home at the end of the day. We were so very happy with the results. It was a pleasure working with Vince and the other employees at the store. We would most definitely recommend ''Speers Flooring.

    hardwood throughout all floors

    Very professional the minute i stepped into the store. Whole process was a pleasure as i had all answers to my project from one person. Delivery , installation and follow up very good. Would recommend any time .

    installation of vinyl flooring

    From visiting the showroom, Peter coming to our home to appraise the installation, him sending us a clear and precise estimate, the installation beginning on the date promised, the installers were professional and very helpful and the finished product was excellent..... we were more than satisfied!

    flooring installation

    Speers installed Torlys vinyl flooring in our basement family room and laundry. We are very happy with the result. We received good guidance from sales people in the store with the selection of the appropriate product. The installation was seamless. Everyone we dealt with at Speers was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. This is the second time that we bought from them and both experiences were very positive.

    Hardwood Floors

    We had Derek and Nathan installing hardwood floors in two of our upstairs bedrooms. Their attention to detail and efficiency is phenomenal! Love the quality of the product and the finished job. I will highly recommend both Speers Flooring and Derek, the installer.

    Hardwood Flooring Supply and Install

    Speers Flooring supplied and installed hardwood floors in our family room last summer, we loved the outcome so much we had them come back in the fall to install the same flooring in all the bedrooms. Peter and Ziggy are very professional and truly provided outstanding service. We look forward to working with them again.
