    Basement floor renovation

    We have used Speers Flooring to replace the carpet throughout our home over the years including the addition we added last year. Our most recent flooring needs was a water leak and we needed to replace our basement floor. Peter and his team gave us great advice picking out the new flooring which looks fantastic. The craftsmanship and care demonstrated during the installation was exceptional. Including the customized edging created against our unique fireplace. The installer showed pride in his work, and it shows in the finished product. His sales staff at the store are so professional and took their time with us to pick our the barnyard flooring. Overall a great experience.

    Cork Floors

    They went above and beyond and even made special plans with the stairs, I not only would recommend them, but would return for any other such work on my house.

    New flooring throughout ground floor of house

    Very happy with our new flooring and very satisfied with the service from Speers Flooring as they worked with us on dates and consulted while work was in progress. We needed to update our floors before new kitchen installation took place and didn't want the mess and hassle of having old tile removed. Vince visited and discussed options with us and we choose to have tile laid over existing tile in the kitchen and floating engineered hardwood throughout the rest of the ground floor, comprising living room, dining room, entrance porch, hallway, office and tv/den. The project was split in two parts. Tile laid first in order that kitchen renovations could commence. This was completed in three days. Derek and Nathan then worked on the hardwood. They ripped out existing baseboards, removed existing fitted carpet; building up the floor to be level throughout all the rooms. They installed over a 1000 sq.ft. of the hardwood with appropriate underlay, cut doors and door frames so that floor would slide beneath and installed new baseboard and shoe. When challenges arose and choices were to be made they asked our preferences giving the pros and cons of the different solutions. This was particularly noticeable when they had to find solutions for the two steps (up from the Entranceway and down to the washroom) that were required. I highly recommend Speers Flooring.

    Kitchen renovation

    Thanks to the professionals and expert craftsmen at Speers Flooring, I am now enjoying my newly-renovated dream kitchen! I can't sing praises loud enough for the consultants and installers who were all so nice to deal with and went the extra mile to make sure everything was done right. Because of repeated delays caused by another contractor, I began to panic as Thanksgiving approached . . . I had invited 15 guests and the project was still not finished! The accommodating and conscientious people from Speers came to the rescue and made sure my kitchen was complete in time to host my dinner. I was so appreciative to be able to count on them. That is why, based on my experience, I would not hesitate to recommend Speers Flooring to anyone planning a home renovation.

    New Flooring

    Speers Flooring is the only company I would use to do our floors. In fact, I’ve used them to do replace our floors on 3 separate occasions and in 2 different homes. This included our most recent flooring needs where we unfortunately had a water leak and needed to replace our entire main-floor. Peter and his team gave us great advice while also ensuring our home was livable until the work could be completed. The Speers Flooring store front team is well versed in all things floor, extremely professional and knowledgeable; while their installers were amazing, ensuring the final look and feel of the install was perfect, while all along being tidy and considerate to our living needs during the work.

    Basement Flooring

    We have had many renovations in our home and we always buy our tiles and flooring from Speers Flooring. This was the first time we had them install the product and they did an amazing job, finished in one day, and we love it. I would highly recommend Speers Flooring to anyone.

    Hard Wood flooring & staircase Renovation

    Recently Spears Flooring completed wood flooring job in our four bedrooms and hallway upper floor in our house. Also staircase was fully renovated under the supervision of Spears Flooring by a partner company Stairs 4 you. I am very much impressed and satisfied from the start, till the end of project. The owner and manager Mr. Vince personally supervised and helped us during the whole process by providing a very professional & competitive quote and explaining all my queries. Installer Tom was very professional, friendly and cooperative guy and did an excellent job. The team from the Stairs 4 you under the supervision of Mr. Jerry also did an excellent job and now my upper floor and staircase looks awesome & beautiful. Cleaning was done on daily basis and keeping our convenient and a detailed cleaning was done at the end. The whole project including stairs was completed in total 6 to 7 working days. I will trust again on spears flooring for any job in future and recommend strongly to all my family & friends for a professional services. MANY THANKS MR. VINCE, MR. TOMEZ AND MR.     RENOVATION FLOORING and wall tiling IN APARTMENT

    Hardwood Flooring Installation

    We were referred by a friend to Speers Flooring and we couldn't be happier! Our installer was Joseph and I can't say enough wonderful things about him!!! He was punctual, friendly and a VERY hard worker!! Our floors are absolutely stunning. We highly recommend Speers Flooring, especially Joseph!!!

    Hardwood flooring installation in living & dining rooms

    This is not the first time we have used Speers flooring. The previous jobs included hardwood flooring installations in our family room, den and front hall with a second job being installation of tile in our kitchen. This time we did hardwood installation in our living room and dining room. The installer, Joe, did a fantastic job answering all our questions and addressing all our concerns. I would not hesitate to recommend Speers Flooring to anyone considering a flooring job. Thank you.
