Mike from Window Land took the time to talk me through my window install to make sure I was picking the right windows for my house and to recommend the style. I had an oversized window in the living room and from the other quotes I got, Window Land was the only company that could provide the right size. The installers were very professional and make sure there was no damage to the house and they cleaned up everything afterwards and took away the old windows. I have already noticed the ground floor is warmer and the new windows have refreshed the look of the house!

This is a review that is a few years late. Back when Ontario had the window replacement rebate program, I decided to upgrade. After getting half dozen quotes I picked Mike @ Windowland. They had the best price and the window was two layers not three, yet still qualified for the rebate and the R value was good. Once the contract was signed and the bill was paid... I waited for months for the windows to be installed. It's understandable that the manufacturer was behind due to the higher demand at the time. But Windowland makes no effort to reach out to you and remind you that your windows are still on the list. It took more than 4 months from the order date to the installation date. Not once was I contacted... and when I reached out to them, because Mike was unresponsive and feeding me tomorrows for weeks, they didn't even have a record of my purchase. They are extremely disorganized. Something else to note, the windows I got are fairly noisy even compare to the 30-40 year old windows I had before. Something Mike neglected to tell me or something is was simply ignorant of. The installers were decent professionals and did a fair job without destroying my window openings (it's an old house). However, there was some issues with nails showing through the frames and sealant missing so I reached out to Mike about them... Just to put things into prospective of Mike's @Windowland responsiveness, from my initial communication with him about the issue and to someone actually coming and inspecting the windows, I got married, sponsored my wife and had a baby in that timeframe... It's been 5 months since someone visited my house and inspected my windows and I've had ZERO communication since than. With some luck, maybe things will get resolved by the time my kids go to college. Oh and don't even get me started on getting that rebate proceeded with the government. The Ontario government made it to the contractor had to submit the form. Mike took something around 3 months to submit the damn forms... but not without me contacting him and reminding him to do every other week. Overall I would never recommend this company for your window replacement. I regret not paying more and going with someone else.

This is a family owned business. The team works very hard to make sure you are happy and satisfied with the end result. We had a great relationship with this company during our renovation 7 years ago. Just recently we noticed the bottom door seal was ripped on our custom made front door. We contacted Mike Shaban of Window Land Co. and he immediately made arrangements to have a replacement made as our door is wider then average doors. Mike then took it upon himself to personally deliver the replacement door seal at no extra cost to us. We were surprised and very appreciative. If you want excellent customer service and quality doors and windows you have to go to Window Land Co.

Mike change all the windows and some doors for our house at low cost. I would recommend Mike for anybody looking change any windows or doors of their house. Great work and very reasonable cost.

Install bay windows x 2. Great job. Installers we great and knowledgeable. On time awesome job. Old house very worried about replacement windows to keep the 94 year young appearance. Measured twice and made me feel comfortable. Delivered as promised.

We had gotten a couple quotes from other window companies (a couple of the ones that do LOTS of ads on the radio/TV). Here’s the difference. Mike understood what we wanted immediately and assured us that his company had the experienced installers to handle the job. (Both of the other big companies we had in for quotes, sent junior sales people who had to “go back to the office to see if we can do that.... not sure we’ve ever done this before”). And also Mike’s company deals with lots of major window manufacturers, so you get lots of choices, to get the windows you want. We were so happy with our new windows. We would never go to anyone else. They look so beautiful! Thanks Mike and Jerry!

I had a great experience with Mike and his Window Land employees when purchasing/installing windows for the entire house. Price was extremely fair and Mike was very professional and knowledgeable. Work was done very efficiently and staff was courteous and complete clean-up was done. I highly recommend Mike and Window Land
