When we were renovating our house, we wanted to upgrade our HVAC system for efficiency. Mark came in to consult with us and gave us some great ideas to improve our air flow and air quality. He also helped us inspect and then find a replacement for our old, dysfunctional wood-burning fireplace. We love the results, and we'll always call on Mark and G Force Air for all of our HVAC needs.

Mark G. provided professional service from the outset. From his trip to our home to assess our heating needs to the clean up and helpful hints about managing our new system, Mark and his crew were first rate. We needed to replace our 93 year old boiler for our hot water rad system as well as replace our domestic hot water tank. Mark listened to our questions and views and recommended two systems. We received the two quotes with a 24 hour turn around. (Our experience with other companies was frustrating. People came to give a quote but never got back to us, or they wrote the quote up without a break down of the labour vs equipment costs.) Mark was head and shoulders above the rest and we recommend him highly.

I had a water heater tank that was red tagged not to code. After consulting others who could not resolve the problem, I contacted GForce. Mark immediately assessed the problem over the phone and a couple of days later the repair work was done quickly and efficiently. This was for a rental property of mine so I explained that we would need to accomodate the tenant's schedule. Mark was extremely understanding about the circumstance. He tried to help over the phone first, instead of other companies insisting they can't do anything until they come. We needed to move the main gas line in order to begin finishing our basement. I did a lot of research on HomeStars and other sites calling many contractors trying to find the right one. Only 2 out of the 6 contractors called me back same day, Mark @ G-Force was one of them. Mark is very friendly, reliable, and communicative. I was very surprised to see that he cleaned up after his work and laid drop cloth throughout the house to protect our floors. It's all in the little things. I recently purchased an older home and wanted to upgrade the furnace. I was contacted by a friend and directed to G Force. Mark sat down and explained the benefits of my new two stage furnace, the environmental benefits and savings that could be made with the new unit. This led me to review my entire system and the inefficiencies of the water tank heater and my old air conditioning unit. Mark gave me several ideas and quotes which led to my current installation. His team is professional and always on time. An important thing to me was the cleanliness of the work while it was being done, to which they removed all scrap materials and dusted the areas every day....not many companies do that! I have since recommended G Force to several aquaintances at work and personal friends.

Mark and his team did an "A" class job on replacing my furnace and moving the location of my furnace. He made great recommendations and followed through and was on budget. Highly recommended.

Our furnace broke down on a cold winter's evening, and Mark had it up and running the next day -- and at a very reasonable price of just over $100. I appreciated that Mark explained what he was doing as the repair went along. So when it came time for a thorough furnace cleaning and checkup, I called G Force again. This time our technician was Woody, who was very pleasant and showed me some gaps that were leaking quite a lot of heated air. He did a great job sealing the leaks, and the house seems to be heating much more efficiently now. Again the cost of service was reasonable. I will definitely call G Force again when we need heating or cooling expertise!
