We wanted to replace a single light fixture in our kitchen with two pendant lights, so we had to move a box as well as add an additional one. Antonio was a pleasure to work with - he was tidy, stuck to his timelines and his final cost was the same as his estimate. He was able to book our work within days of discussing the project and his attention to detail in helping us determine the correct height and spacing of the pendants was very helpful. We will certainly be using him again.

It's not too often you come across a tradesperson like Antonio. I hired him to install 3 bathroom fans and add a separate switch to the laundry room to control the lights separate from the fan. He also installed a ceiling fan in my son's room. I added the installation of a kitchen chimney style fan to the list at the end. Antonio treats your house like it is his own. He does things right and doesn't leave until the work is done right. When he was installing the upstairs bathroom fan, not only did he connect it but went into the attic to nail down the flaps to the roof and also added tape to ensure the venting was completely sealed. He also checked and sealed my other upstairs bathroom fan. For all three fan installations Antonio cut the hole precisely so no additional drywall work was required. I can't say the same about the contractor I had to update my master bathroom when they install the fan as part of the renovation. During the light switch installation, Antonio managed to do this without damaging any of the ceiling or walls. All the other "electricians" told me they had to open up the walls to do this work. This is what separates people who know what they are doing and those who pretend to know. Antonio definitely knows his stuff. Finally I had Antonio install an exhaust fan over my stove. This one was tricky because he had to remove the existing cabinet without doing any damage, move over the inside drywall hole and adjust the ducts so that he could still manage to install the chimney cover so that the unit was centered over the stove. Antonio spent about 3.5 hours doing all of this and all along he meticulously minimized mess. What you notice most about Antonio is that he cares that he does the job right. He's not there to do the job as fast as he can and then leave you unsatisfied. I cannot say enough about Antonio and only wish my contractor used him for my bathroom renovation. When I finish my basement, I'll definitely hire him. You won't be disappointed with Antonio.

Antonio beat all my expectations in every sense. First off, he is a very good electrician in my opinion. He did a great job on my electrical which looks and functions fantastic. It's his interpersonal qualities, however, that really make him stand out. He is honest, trustworthy, friendly, and loves his work. It can tell the difference instantly in someone who is in it for the money and those who have a passion, and he is clearly in latter. He is the consummate professional, and cared far more for doing a good job than a quick job. His wife and son helped out as well, and they were a pleasure to be around. Lastly, his pricing is very competitive. I would be happy to have him over again any time.

Don't know what more can be said that's already been said. Antonio and his son were beyond professional if that's possible. Communication was excellent and the service was excellent as well. In fact, I accidentally gave an extra $100 to the agreed price and Antonio made it a point to come meet me and give me the extra back. So if you're looking for solid, honest work with integrity, this is your crew. I will highly recommend them to anyone.

I had five lighting/wiring projects I needed done inside and outside my condo. Yunior and Michel were the best tradespeople I've ever worked with -- Yunior made recommendations, sourced fixtures for me, was a wonderful communicator, and made a fairly disruptive process as easy as possible. They showed up on time, communicated expectations very clearly, cleaned up after themselves super well every day, did great work and were just generally a joy to have around. Would recommend anytime for any job. Feel lucky to have found them.

I have used used Manuel's service for two of the best electric work I ever had. the first project was installing exterior Pot lights. I did not know Manuel before that project and I tried to call some other electricians to do the project for me. None of them gave me a good estimate or even tried to perform the job the way I I wanted. I refused to work with them. Manuel came one time, gave me an estimate and finished the job as satisfactory as I I wanted to be done. I will include pictures of the project later. the Second and most Important projects was to install Tesla Charger in my Garage. I trusted him to do the job and the result is amazing did it as per the manual and made sure to be around when the inspector came to approve the installation. I am extremely satisfied and definitely would recommend Java electric and Manuel for any electric work.

We have used Manuel's service before and were very satisfied. First time it was replacement of knob and tube wiring. Recently Manuel installed an exhaust fan in our bathroom (there was none before) and also replaced a few light switches with dimmers. We found him punctual, polite and extremely reasonably priced.

We hired Yunior to remove the remaining knob and tube wiring in our house; install overhead lighting and pot lights; add additional electrical outlets; and install a bathroom fan in the washroom. Yunior and his crew were incredibly professional, from Yunior's initial visit to prepare the quote, to the completion of the job. He thoroughly explained everything he was going to do, and even tried to make suggestions on how we can save money by avoiding unnecessary work. Our home is over 100 years old and has plaster and lath walls. Every other electrician I contacted said they did not want to work on plaster and lath because it would likely crack or crumble when they did the work, and they would not repair the wall damage afterwards. By contrast, Yunior and his team were able to do all our electrical work by creating only the most minimal holes in the walls and ceilings, and they also plastered the holes afterwards so that all we would need to do is a minimal amount of sanding and repainting. If all that was not impressive enough, Yunior and his crew ensured that our house was just as clean, if not cleaner, than they had left it by covering all our furniture as they worked, and by doing a very thorough sweep of the floors after each work day. The structure of our house, made up of an entirely brick structure and no attic, presented many challenges because there were limited options for adding in new wiring. Despite these challenges, Yunior was able to determine a cost effective solution to each and every problem he faced. Yunior and his crew are extremely competent electricians. They are efficient, intelligent, and friendly to boot. I have and will continue to recommended him to all my friends and family and would not consider hiring anyone else for our electrical work from now on.

We needed to replace our old fuse box panel and have some other related work done. Antonio came the same day we called, gave a fair price and the work was done quickly. It's great to have a go-to electrician going forward.
